estime utk kulit..
gamogen utk kesihatan dalaman..
vitamin c..
vitamin e..
blackmores prime rose oil utk hair, nail and skin..
tak de la banyak mana pun..tapi hari2 ni routine yang dok makan..
dgn keadaan cuaca sekarang ni memang perlu la supplement..kalau tak nanti lembik je..
lagi satu, agent paling utama selain supplement tu plain water..lotsa plain water..

Gamogen ada:
1) Ekstrak Gamat
2) Omega 3 & 6
3) Beta karotena
4) Chlorela
5) Vitamin E
vitamin or khasiat yang takde dlm gamogen tu kita tambah la dengan suplimen yang lain..
kalo deena tambah dengan EPO, Vitamin C & Zinc & Bidadari.. |

kalau pun ada..
apa salahnya kalau inisiatif sendiri tambah other supplement kan..
bukan utk memudaratkan..
utk kesihatan dalaman lagi ada la..
tambah2 macam nash ni selalu bersin2..selain vitamin c tambah la gamogen..
gitu la..
lain org lain pemerimaan tindakbalas vitamins yang diambil.. |

Tak salah...
Tapi, kalau terlalu banyak amik suplemen, especially dalam bentuk kapsul, kena beringat untuk minum air banyak...secukupnya...takut pulak buah pinggang yang bermasalah...it happens...and it once happened to me...tu sebab, Pinky hati2 sangat tentang suplemen, takut too much utk body terima... |
