nanti  cerita camner camner long joget kat dapur sblom -  hingga hari open haus tu!

nin....itu la pasal... mmg perasan, tapi tuan rumah dah malas da...ni kes last minit dpt idea buat skirt meja

desert plate tingkat tu beli kat 'costco' sini... kalau time Cristmas ni byk la perkakas2 entertainment  kat kedai2..n online(yg ni beli 2 years ago)

Alhamdulillah & terimakasih, byk tips dr  thread ni esp sis Ninoz long ambik...cth - pemilihan menu - cuba pilih menu yg kena dgn nasi ...makanan berat & makanan ringan serta desert & minuman.
kami x der maid..(sib baik somi tolong kemas2 sket & tengokkan anak2 )..lagi pun makanan kita susah nak cater2 kat sini..so cuba2  buat sendiri & dgn bantuan kawan2...

tetamu yg kami jemput abt 60++ families
yg dtg...dlm 50++ families + singles + yg baru jumpa!
waktu - 1 ptg - 3 ptg  - 6 petang

menu berat :-
nasi tomato - masak 3 periuk (masak dlm rice cooker yg 15 cup tu)-  resepi nasi hujan panas NOOR  cuma tambahkan   tomato pure  
rendang tok masak 25 lb -  resepi ninoz - cuma x tarok kelapa cincang (TQ nin sedap!)
acar rampai - satu container 11/' x 11/2' - dulu da tarok resepi kat fnr ni
baked chicken- 7 ekor - order kat kedai

menu ringan
soto & the gang - 3 ekor ayam + 4 keping breast -resepi chef wan
pagedel abt 200 bijik - kawan tolong buatkan

buah anggur - kes nak jimat masa tak payah nak potong memotong

kueh raya & kueh2 -  beli & ada buat sendiri sikit (2 minggu sblm open haus)
karipap (170++ bijik) - ehsan kawan - tak der dlm gambar sbb sampai lambat
kueh lopis (100 bijik) - ehsan kawan - sampai lambat juger

makanan yg tak dijangka
some kueh2 & byk kek - kawan bawak  

kerja2 seminggu sebelom open house :-
4 hari b4 - masak la rendang - frozenkan
4 hari b4 - keluarkan brg2 yg nak servekan tetamu, cheffing dish, pinggan, mangkuk, gelas, serving fork & spoon, napkins & dll
2 hari b4 - potong2 sayur, blend bawang, halia utk acar & nasik & soto  - simpan dlm fridge elok
1 hari b4 - kemas rumah, siap kueh2 kering - sblm tidor,defrostkan rendang (container besar ambik masa nak defrost)
mlm tu - siap buffet table...sebelom masuk tidor - tumis bahan2 soto esok tu bubuh air..dgn ayam jer..tinggal jer sampai didih
hari open house - pagi tu..siapkan acar, masak nasi sambil siat ayam & rebus mee..sambil hidang - lepas masak tu teros cuci puyuk2..simpan kasi bersih dapur sumer..

by 12:30 tgh..pagedel  siap dah sampai....tukang masak da mandi pakai baju rayer & siap nak beraya da..

ops...satu lagi nak tambah...sediakan ziploc plastic- in case makanan x habis buleh ta-pau

kalau nak wat birthday part kan... sekali ngan open house laa
tetamu terdiri daripada kanak2 & dewasa...

ok tak menu nih...
mihun / mee sup
bergedil

nasi impit (rasanya ni dorang leh letak lam mihun soup jadikan soto kan)
kuah kacang

spaghetti

agar / puding
kuih muih
air oren / cocktail


apa lagi ek?? mcm sikit aje mknan tuh
kalo nak wat rendang kan.. nak 'kawan' ngan apa ek?

buah2 ada kot.. tp selalunyer tembikai arrr
dulu selalu wat salad buah2 tp org kat sini tak reti nak mkn..

selain tuh...
kene tambah ke menu berat?
jemputan.. chewahhh jemputan tuh... dlm 100 to 120

Kita nak buat family gathering esok.  Masak sendiri sikit and the rest ordered.  About 20 people je.  

Menu yang di order :
Fried rice with baked chicken (tak pernah rasa - harap sedap)
Pancakes with chicken filling
Apple Pie
Cheese cake
Total cost : RM250 (okay ke this price for 20 people?)

Yang plan nak masak sendiri :
rolls (sausage & sardine) : dah siap & frozen.  Esok masuk oven
bread and butter pudding with custard sauce (ni mesti buat because everyone loves it!)
suji ki barfi (jumpa resipi ni kat thread suji - taste okay but tak leh makan banyak. Muak)
lasagna - kalau terlebih rajin

Drinks :
Teh O
Soft drink (F&N orange mixed with ice-cream soda)

So far that's the plan.  Some variations may occur especially kalau dah termalas nak masak-masak.

normally kita budget sate nih sorang 5 cucuk je...
tapi in reality, ade yg amik lebih dari sepuluh...walaupun ade byk makanan lain
tu la pasal kalau bajet ngam-ngam jek..tak yah include sate dlm menu

From my experience with satay - jangan hidang semua sekali.  Entah kenapa some people jenis yang tak boleh stop makan satay kot.
