dekat tempat saya, memang penunggang basikal wajib pakai helmet.. nanti kena saman

Aku pon xtau ape yg die takot...

Pasni diwajibkan untuk penumpang blakng lak..

ya kenapa kapal terbang komersial takdak paracut tetapi feri penumpang ada life jacket untuk semua orang? it's a good question. some say it's because of cost. it's not because we don't need it but because it cost a lot to redesign the plane to put ejection seat for everyone.
But if we can afford it surely it will be done. the life of a fighter jet pilot is the same value as the life of Air Asia pilot. car wise, i'm sure the cost of 4 helmets is not more that the cost of driver's seat airbag. |

True. Ai tak paham kenapa isu nih dipolitaikkan. Isu nya ialah pakai talipinggang keledar belakang=keselamatan penompang. Period. Soal gomen tak cukup duit sampai nak cekau duit rakyat yg disaman tak timbul kalo mengkomer sumer BUCKLE UP. Susah sangat ke nak pakai tali pinggang keledar ?
Ai rasa kalau orang2 yg kondem rules nih, kalo pi overseas n then bila kena saman sebab tak buckle up takdernya depa nak hentam kerajaan negara luar tuh, takdak timbul lah rasa sangsi yang mungkin kerajaan negara yg mereka liwati ops lawati tuh hard-up nak pulun duit depa. Instead, depa takjub seraya memuji negara tuh..baguih naa undeng2 jalanraya kat sini....
huh. so third world mentality! |

try googling, you would see that western rakyat also debate and argue about this. 3rd world mentality style is that Big Brother (kerajaan) knows best and we.. like sheep would be best just to follow and 'akur'. in fact first world mentality would also be one step ahead and argue from the angle that this law is encroaching on their basic freedom of choice something that our usual Felda crowd would find hard to identify with. laws should be made to protect us from someone else not from ourself. |

you should able decide what is safe for you. you want good safety you wear seat belt, you want better safety you wear 6 points harness, you want even more safety you can wear seat belt and helmet. but if your office is only 5 minutes away from home and you think it's safe for you to drive 50 km/h to work and not wearing seat belt then it should be up to you to decide. it's your own life at stake.
look at reality every Friday during mid day prayers almost 100% of people going to their nearby mosque from home (Perlis, Kedah, Terengganu & Kelantan) and not wearing any helmet but mere skullcap. in fact if you are a Lebai it's legal for you not to wear helmet. why is there a wiggle room here? bottom line YOU DECIDE! not the gov |

kita cadangkn kerajaan luluskan rakyat menyaman polis pakai buku...sebb selalu cari duit kopi....xpe..bg rakyat carikan duit utk kerajaan...rakyat ambl 5% setiap saman d kuarkan okies x cadangan aku ni...hehehe.... |
