dear, check out Mutiara Tropicana. adjacent to Tropicana Golf & Country Club. gated & guarded, build up range from 2200-2900sqft. not bad hah.
the only setback is - leasehold, townhouse, malay rezab or restricted to muslim buyer only. so kalau nak buat investment, it has limited market. but for own stay, location wise - its superb!
last time when i checked with developer, masih ada avaialble unit.....

600++ for klang valley price esp kws2 damansara sana tue considerably cheap sbb rumah yg jaoh2 as far as setia alam single storey pon sudah 400k++ (but i love setia alam integrated township).
u can check drb office at glenmarie wic is just next to Holiday Inn Glenmarie.
the next township yg harga mampu milik but i foresee will booming is SP Setia upcoming project - Setia Eco Hill.price start from 300++ from what i heard. next yr dier bukak balloting kot. register urself lah if u r interested.....

i think i'll check mutiara tropicana first since i kerja dekat area bangsar/pj.. susah nak cari landed house dekat area ni since harga pun sangatlah mahal. setia ecohill tu dekat semenyih kan? i think a bit too far jugak

Penang residential prices to rise 8%
RESIDENTIAL property prices in Penang are likely to rise by 7% to 8% by the first half of 2013 due to the steady demand and a stronger gross domestic product (GDP) projection for 2013.
According to the latest Finance Ministry report, the GDP forecast for 2013 is between 4.5% and 5.5%, riding on the growth in the agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, and services sectors.
Raine & Horne Malaysia director Michael Geh says new properties launched with a bundled-up financial package would be most popular.
“This is why this segment will perform better than those properties in the sub-sales market, where the buyer and seller have to do more paper work,” he says.
Currently, the price for terraced property in prime locations such as Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong is around RM1.2mil to RM1.5mil.
The selling price of development land in prime locations ranges between RM450 and RM1,000 per sq ft.

as a bumiputera kita dibodoh bodohkan
melainkan kita jutawan!
yang jahatnya ialah agent2 bukan bumi, rumah bukan bumi lot speculate harga macam nak gila
dia area Kepong ni yang dah takde new development, selagi boleh perah, derang perah buyer
apesal la kerajaan tak ambik tindakan wajar ni, limitkan pembelian rumah
takde la yang kaya2 beli rumah macam beli borong lepas tu jual balik harga yang gila2
sampai bila nak macam ni
harga naik yg dibuat oleh agent dikawasan ni setiap 2minggu bertukar! tak ke gila
sakit hati betol la aku...

ramai gak peniaga2 yg go for property nie. Dari diorg buat Trading business - property lagi cepat dapat hasil & lagi banyak profit. Yg penting ada modal. Macam i nie tak boleh le nak join property line nie coz bila dah beli - sayang nak jual |
