pagi = makan macam raja
tghari = makan macam rakyat biasa
malam = makan macam orang miskin


makan macam raja tu makan berat + berkhasiat utk sarapan pagi sebab sarapan pagi ialah waktu makan paling penting dalam sehari. kalau mee goreng atau nasi lemak tu byk karbo, khasiat lain kurang.. so pastikan makanan seimbang ye

tahniah lina.. sbnrnya weight loss tu berkait dgn healthy lifestyle dan tabiat sihat. kalau nak turun berat dan kekal berat ideal, mmg kena ubah tabiat dan pupuk tabiat sihat.

Sy perasan yg skng ni tabiat sy ada la perubahan skit.. Dulu mkn tak ingat dunia ikut sedap mulut jer. Tp tabiat suka pd kuih2 manis, coklat, kek belum terhakis.  Nk ajer tgn tu ulang2 ambil suap berkali2.. Hish sekali ambik dah ler tgn!!

tak dapat nk meet target 89kg. huhu .. sadisss. tapi salah sendiri jugak. hehe. takpe takpe, kena buat lebih baik nih.
