Assalamualaikum.. hi salam perkenalan semua. saya tengah dalam proses menyediakan self itinerary utk ...
Utk soklan no 1 tu mmg parking kena byr kat area CBD surfers..mgkn dlm sekitar2-3 dollar sejam(dah lupa rate yg sebenar)...sama aje cam kat sini,ada mesin tiket parking..masukkan duit syiling nanti dikeluarkan tiket,letak kat atas dashboard kete..kalau kawasan yg jauh sket dr CBD diorg guna konsep sharing parking...lepas sejam kena cari park lain..kalau gi ke theme park mcm seaworld dan movieworld parking adalah percuma.
Soklan 2,makanan mmg leh diseludup masuk ke theme park tu,takde sape pun akan cek kat front gate..
soklan 3, mgkn ada sesetgh hotel akan ambik security depo masa kita sampai dan ader juga yg tak..itu bergantung pd setiap polisi hotel/apartment tersebut,cam sy aritu dia takde Mintak sebarang deposit pun. |

Sewa Hyundai Starex=AUD130 (24 hr usage)
Insurance I tak ingat..tapi tak sampai AUD50 (sori lupa exact amount)
Minyak dia bg dah memang full tank, bila pulangkan kereta , u kena penuhkan tank balik..
HAhah.. jusk nak guna shuttle service

as per my survey for parking fee at CBD brisbane, yang paling murah i jupe kat Brisbane Art Gallery, South Banks just for AUD15 per entry. ada lain2 suggestion? location dia dah cantik tu, just nearby to Eye on Brisbane, South Banks promenade, Queen Street Mall dan King George Square. Dan juga dekat dengan jetty Citycat dan Cityhopper kalau berminat nak cruise along the brisbane river. |

Saya & family akn ke GC on 5/6/14, tp apt masih x finalize lg sbb kitaorg pg 6A 4C. Nak carik apt yg blh accomodate all family members into 1 apt sbb saye pg dgn parents, my kids & sis in law. sy dah do some direct enquiries for moorings & chevron renaissance tower. Dorang x allow 1 apt even yg 3 bedrooms apt, instead dorang quoted 2 apts. Sy rase susah nak separate apt sbb ade budak kecik & senior citizen.
Nak mintak some suggestion & ideas from forumers how to go about. |

Hi NAFT, sini memang very particular untuk maximum guest per apartment. Yang i pernah baca ianya ada sangkut-paut dengan fire regulation..
Kalau katanya satu unit tu max 4 person, maknanya 4A+2C kot (ampun kalau salah..)
memandangkan u 6A+4C, memang takkan dapat satu apartment 2b sahaja. Paling minimum 3b rasanya. Lagi satu kalau dapat rate per week lebih jimat rasanya berbanding per night.
- Mungkin u boleh cuba sewa rumah terus. Cuba survey di AirBnb (www.airbnb.com.au).
- Boleh cuba tengok FB Rumahku Holidays Gold Coast (https://www.facebook.com/rumahku.goldcoast). Owner malaysian Mungkin boleh runding dengan beliau.. bagitau dia u dapat info dari ahli ppmq.. .
- U boleh juga minta 2 apartment, tapi request unit bersebelahan. Cuma faham2 lah kosnya pun pasti bertambah kan..
Pilih la yang mana bersesuaian ye NAFT..

hi archs2dio, ada satu parking management ni, SecureParking (http://www.secureparking.com.au) namanya..
Tak pasti berapa rate dia sebab company ni selalu buat promotion. Boleh tengok current rate kalau pergi website dia.
I pernah beli ticket online melalui website tu dapat $5 flat rate on weekends di Brisbane CBD.
Masa masuk parking tu, kena key-in kod nombor yang dapat melalui e-mail.
Masa keluar pun sama.
I tengok banyak juga parking lot yang company ni manage, including area southbank dan GC. tapi i cuba sekali tu je sebab setakat ni i takde keperluan sangat nak gi CBD..

Hi cloudy_83, really appreciate your input. I dah tanye apt 3b kat chevron tower, itu pun dorang kasi max. 8 org inclusive of children. So they suggested me to take up 1 x 3b apt and 1 x 2b apt. Saper plak nak duduk macam tu kan.
Let me search on your suggestion & perhaps i can find something suits me.

yelah, buat menambah kos je.. kalau u boleh directly contact owner2 apartment atau rumah di airbnb tu, mungkin ada yang bole nego tentang ni. cuma hotel je yg strict, pasal nak untung pun ye jugak..
I pun pening sbb family 2A+2C, anak2 bawah 4 tahun je pun.. tetap kena book sekurang2nya 2bd apartment.. dahla berbeza hampir $30 per night antara 1b dengan 2b punya unit |

yup, same situation la.. i pun 2A2C kena book 2bedroom apt. kena tmbh AUD20 per nite to upgrade from 1bedroom to 2bedroom apt. i booked kat artique surfers paradise thru agoda, yang tmbahan AUD20 tu nti i'll pay by cash upon arrival.

Have anyone ever stay in chevron renaissance apt? Sesaper yg b penah duk sane can u share wt me hows the condition? I cari thru airbnb as suggested by cloudy_8, quite cheap tp just nk cfrm dorang x amik rental bond ke? Bcoz some I tanye dorang ade amik rental bond. |

naft, kalau airbnb tu memang kena contact owner satu persatu sebab ada yang ambil security deposit, ada yang tak..
tapi susah juga ye kalau semuanya minta deposit 
kalau chevron i tak pernah cuba lagi..
