kalo tak silap pakai tepung ubi la pulut..sbb kitaorg kalo balik ganu ada satu kedai area impiana (terengganu)tak silap..warung kopok paksu soh(glamer la)kitaorg beli yg dia tak gentel lagi sbb nak tunggu gentel que ramai..dia ajo, kalo nak goreng, gentel pakai tpg ubi dulu..memang rangup..

nAPE kecoh tu kak bai...alhamdulillah menjadi..takut gak tak jadi..sbb takde pakai sukat2..kalo sendiri makan takpe..hehe...nazha sebenarnya panggil burger mesia pau ni tapi nazha biasanya buh inti sambal tumis ngan timun kat dalam...sb suka sangat sambal tumis, tu yg buat gak burger nih...kak bai guna inti ayam tu kira resepi baru pulak bagi saya..tak terpikir nak buh inti lain selain sambal tumis..saya ni bila tah nak try churos mallan tuh..

Yg tu sagu gula melaka ke? Kalau yg tu I baru je last month buat utk dessert masa my kawan dtg berlunch kat rumah I.

Ingredients:  (Serves 4)          
Pearl sago         200g
Coconut milk         2 cups
Water         1 cup
Pandan leaves, cleaned and knotted         4
Palm sugar         100g

1. Wash the pearl sago in water.
2. Bring 5 cups of water to boil in a large pot. Add pearl sago and keep stirring till sago turns transparent.
3. Pour into a strainer and rinse under a running tap till cool.
4. Drain excess water and pour into a bowl. Mix well and scoop into individual moulds to set. Chill in refrigerator.
5. * Mix coconut milk, a pinch of salt and water together. Add the pandan leaves. Bring to boil. Remove pandan leaves, stirring in between to prevent curdling. Add 2 tbsp of sugar, remove from heat and cool in refrigerator.
6. Dissolve palm sugar with 2 tbsp of hot water. Chill in refrigerator.
7. To serve, spoon the palm sugar syrup and coconut milk over the chilled sago.

* I selalunye tak masak my santan. So I just campurkan sikit air panas dlm santan kotak (kara or canned coconut milk) supaya cair2 sikit.

Kami sekeluarga pun dah tak larat nak makan udang ni. Banyak sangat sampaikan I nak kena beli another freezer. So far kami dah ada 2 fridges( with freezers) dan 2 deep freezers..

Next week I akan dapat 2 lamb and a side of the beef (separuh). Time for chops and steak pulak...

Kalau tak silap la kan, keropok yg guna tepung sagu ni harga tinggi skit. Tu pasal orang yg berniaga biasanya guna tepung ubi sebab nak jimat kos.

sebenarnya guna leftover gravy buat sendiri yg kemarin punya..gravy tu mkn ngan kentang gorg+baked bean+salad..penah paste kat sini kot..tak pun FnR..
ayam tu perap pkai gravy tu..malas punya pasal...kira2nya nazha ada 2 resepi ayam bakar..nama dia resepi hantam sajalah labuuuu...
