Hari ni try buat exercise treadmill jer... Selalu pakai setting biasa ikut time n pace 3km/hour. Hari ni try setting mountain, selama 30 minit dgn pace 3km/hour... First time buat setting yg ni... Baru 10 minit dh berpeluh sakan, sbbnya hard juga ala2 mendaki gunung tu...

nasihat saya, jgn buat mcm tu.. nnt time u makan nasi tu ha tu melantak tak igt dunia nanti tau..

pantang2 ni tak bagus in long term, hanya berkesan short period je. elok u turunkan sikit kuantiti nasi tu dan bykkan sayur n lauk. believe me, it'll work.. coz i dah ujikaji badan sendiri.

Hehe..treadmill mmg ada kat rumah ni...

Selalu i guna at least 3 kali seminggu. Guna setting biasa ikut time je. Suka ati incline, suka ati pace. This time try setting2 yang mmg dh default kat treadmill tu.

Selama ni guna ikut suka, tak mengkaji pun treadmill tu. bukak balik manual, then i found it fun lah.. Cuma nk pelbagaikan lagi. Hari ni bawak anak2 g swimming, then i masuk sekali dalam pool. I tk pandai swimming, tapi sbb kena jaga bdk2 dalam pool, ke hulu ke hilir dalam tu, a part of exercise ler gak kan. Berjalan dalam air...
