kalo kene gigit2 kay betis tu, bleh kene gout ke?..
N pown kadang kene gakk waktu tengah2 tdo.. ...
ish tengah tido pun leh kene ke? kene slalu wat exercise la gitu.. 10 minit je wat la senaman ringan..
