ni apom lenggang ( ambik kat FnR) - tapi aku buat mcm lembik skit la tak brapa menjadi , rasa dia o.k

APAM LENGGANG

bahan:
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu teh yis kering
1 biji telur
santan           ]
air suam        ] yg 3 bahan ni tak de sukatan, maisya agak-agak jer
gula               ]

cara:
1.Gaulkan TEPUNG,YIS,GULA & AIR hingga sebati...jgn bubuh air byk sangat sebab nanti nak tambah santan. Tutup bekas and biarkan lebih kurang 1/2 jam( hingga dia naik berganda ).
2.Sejurus sebelum masak tu masukkan TELUR sebiji and SANTAN kedalam adunan tadi. Adunan jgn terlalu cair. Kacau hingga sebati.
2.Sendukkan adunan dan tuangkan dalam kuali( sapukan sikit minyak kat kuali supaya nanti tak melekat ), buat macam nak buat apam balik tu...tutup kuali dgn penutup supaya cepat masak. Bila dah masak angkat dan lipat dua.

p/s: makcik maisya cakap boleh bancuh tepung, yis, gula dan air tu malam( kalau nak makan esok paginya )....esoknya just tambah telur dan santan....maisya pernah buat cam ni tapi rasa masam sikit ler sebab lama sgt peram yis tu so kali ni maisya bancuh pagi jer semuanya.
