Masalah yang rajin bekerja dan rajin bercakap ni...
Selalu jadi mangsa hadap sampah
Bila kita tunjuk kat bos kita bagus,
Last2 semua benda bos nak taichi ke kita
Lepas kerja orang lain yg tak siap..
Tak pasal2 bos bg kita.. Hadap la sampah org kena bersihkan. So, kadang2 kena simpan sikit rajin tu |

Satu lagi jenis rajin bekerja, malas bercakap ni..
Pengalaman sebenar.. Ada sorang staff ni mmg salute. Belum suruh, dah tau nak buat apa. Kerja yg kita bg mmg tiptop.
Tapi bila malas bercakap.. Dia dah siap task tak report. Benda dah setel tak update ngan bos. End up bos naik angin. |

Whatsapp!!!!
I think whatsapp group hal2 kerja n office indirectly can be considerate as bullying. Just imagine, hal2 kerja not only discuss during office hr, but also at night @ at weekend. Tanya itu ini luar waktu pejabat. As a worker of coz hati Tak tenang if bos dok seru Nama kita dalam group. Zaman dulu2, Habis waktu keja Habis lah. Balik Rumah just concentrate with family. |

Bila kita dah arrange masa kita utk siapkan keje on time semata2 nak balil on time tak nak stay back..akibatnya ditambah lg bil kerja..atas alasan, dia takde keje sbb selalu balik on time.  : |

Perancis pun dah haramkan mesej2 kerja afterhours ni...work during work only...
sekarang ni arahan kerja semua melalui Whatsapp @ Telegram application...
dulu okay lagi melalui emel je....
Natijahnya...we take a nap here n there n now n then...to catch up our beauty sleep
before...ding dong..tet tet ni semua...

Luckily my workplace's environment is great..so great that i'm still happy after 5 yrs.
yes we did whatsapp bout work after working hours but most of the time it's not related to work or if berkaitan with kerja pun,just a recap of cases that we hv n i dont feel stress at all..

masalah nya kalau take nap kat tempat kerja or rehat sikit, org cop ngular pulak. buat kerja berkoyan2 tak nampak, rehat sikit nampak ajerrr.

Kalau kena buli tu melibatkan urusan kerja, redha jelah. Mungkin hikmah Dia nak bagi kita lebih pengalaman.
Dekat tempat kerja ni jangan stress, take it easy. Enjoy your work. Set in mind I GOT THIS. InsyaAllah bahagia inside out. |

Selalu dapat masalah kerja lepas office hours thru Whatsapp (rarely phone call melainkan urgent). Tapi layan jugak sebab faham kondisi orang yang meminta tolong tu sebab pernah merasai kita meminta pertolongan dr orang. Tapi bukan kategori buli okay
Macam I kalau outstation, phone boleh access during lunch break & after habis kerja je. So kalau nak minta tolong mmg time malam2.
Tapi kalau kawan yg kita minta tolong tu xbalas redha jela. Kena faham jugak waktu xbersesuaian. |
