"Face-eating" court hearing postponed

Austin Harrouff due back in court in July

MARTIN COUNTY, Fla —
Accused killer Austin Harrouff was expected to appear in court Tuesday, but at the last minute, the hearing was postponed until July.

Deputies say the teen killed John Stevens and Michelle Mischon at their home in Jupiter River Estates in August. Investigations suspected Harrouff was on bath salts during the attack. Toxicology reports were negative.

In February, the state attorney released a 20 minute interview Harrouff did with Dr. Phil at his bedside in St. Mary's Medical Center. In the video, the FSU student apologized and said he was being tormented by a dark figure named Daniel.

Harrouff is in the Martin County Jail on first degree murder charges.
