Getting bluetooth peripheral device yellow exclamation mark

I am trying to install the latest Bluetooth peripheral device driver, but after installation it is showing a yellow exclamation error. I tried to get rid of it by so many online solutions possible but still I am messing with it.
2.2GHz AMD A8-7410 processor
4GB DDR3 RAM
1TB 5400rpm Serial ATA hard drive
15.6-inch screen, AMD Radeon R5 M430 2GB Graphics
DOS operating system
Bluetooth v4.0
Please Help.

is it a laptop or desktop?
but its a 15.6inch screen... so i assume it is a laptop.
can you locate the button to activate the bluetooth ?
if you found it, make sure the button is working or maybe a seperate driver is required to make it work.
i, myself usually get the driver from the manufacturer's web page.
if failed, i use this = https://drp.su/en
**please enable the Advance options so you can disable installing other unnecessary crap.
