Ini Caranya Nak Elak Cili Jadi Benyek Walaupun Simpan Berbulan-Bulan

Siapa peminat masakan pedas-pedas sila angkat tangan! Paling tidak pun ada juga yang suka jadikan cili padi sebagai ulam ketika makan nasi.


Kalau ya, pastinya rumah anda tidak akan putus bekalan cili bukan?


Setiap kali pergi ke pasar basah atau mana-mana pasar raya, mata pasti akan tertumpu di bahagian cili dan tak sah kalau balik tanpa membelinya.


Tapi biasalah, kalau beli banyak-banyak dan disimpan terlalu lama, cili akan mula layu dan benyek, kan dah rugi?


Ibu-ibu, kakak-kakak, suri rumah semuanya dah tak perlu risau lagi nak buat cili tahan lama sebab tips dari Izyan Diyana ini memang berkesan!

Caranya:
1. Buang tangkai dari badan cili
2. Masukkan dalam satu bekas dan alas dengan tisu
3. Letak seulas bawang putih yang dah siap dikupas


Boleh tahan sampai sebulan dan ke atas, masih segar dan elok. Selamat mencuba! -CARI

sayur kalu balut dengan kertas mmg tahan lama sikit kan...dulu i penah balut daunsirih dgn sokkabar pastu masuk lam bekas...sebulan 2 jugak tahannya..daun dok menghijau lagi
