The Kuala Lumpur–Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project was announced by the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib in September 2010 to connect Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru with Singapore.[2] On 19 February 2013, Singapore and Malaysia officially agreed to build a high-speed rail link between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore by 2020 at a meeting in Singapore between Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak. [3] The construction of the high-speed railway was expected to start in the third quarter of 2015;[4] however, an update by the Malaysian Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) now places the start of works to be in 2017, with the completion in 2026.[5]

nasihat aku kau beli je la apa2 aset area tu..sbb kalo nak beli kt putrajaya mmg cekik darah, bayang kan intermediate terrace kat presint -14 pun dh rm800k sbb boom project HSR ni plg dekat dgn gate 1 putrajaya adalah sg merab, dn yg plg bernilai tanah kat kmpung abu bakar baginda. masa pengumuman ds najib, aku nampak penuh banner tulis 'jgn gadai kampung kami'. ini tanah milik bumiputera tp kalo dah projek kerajaan, apa lah daya nak halang so kau beli je la apa2 aset buat masa sekrang di kawasan sg merab tu, simpan buat aset, 2026 mesti kau jd orang kaya baru hehehe
