guys help, camne cara korang naik kan stamina diri

boleh share tak care uolls lelaki2 maintain ur stamina so akan kekal active di luar atau in bed?.. contoh routine exercises, times in a week?, gym ke, sports, suppliments, foods etc??...

laki aku kayuh basikal weekend... hari selasa n jumaat main badminton... kalo tak bersukan hari minggu dia akan berjogging atau mesin rumput satu kawasan rumah... senang cita laki aku jenis tak reti dok diam

post ioll ni tak dapat sambutan dri para2 lelaki.. adakah laki2 forumner sini semua kurang stamina aka lembikkk,, kikikii .. kena tanye encik google la jwb nya..

aku sabtu ahad, lepas subuh keluar cycling..
sabtu cycling naik bukit..
ahad cycling 60-80km..

hari biasa x sempat exercise apa2 sebab kerja..malam baik berehat kat rumah lepak dengan family..aku x kan nak exercise main futsal, badminton malam2 sebab bagi aku tu waktu badan nak rehat..
so, biar hari minggu je... dengan cara tu..aku rasa stamina aku sangat2 ok dan tahap fit rasa begitu mantap dan kekal aktif dimana2 saja sehingga la di bed..
