Suka blend sendiri...kdg guna cili hidup, kdg guna cili kering..
Ank lena..buat la..pastu sabun betoi2 tgn..bukan takat bontot ank...trpegang hidung pun rasa pijar


Tk pndai guna ciliboh siap..rasa tk mnjadi smbal.

Ot jap sis @noraidil_06 tahniah..up jd pra moderator

Cili siam, cili padi hijau panjang (cili akar) ye?

I sejak kawin dgn Kampar clan, sambal bilis pun diaorg guna cili hidup. Cuma i improvise letak cili kering skit.dah abis plak stok sambal. If not i blh snap picture.

Rationye: 10 biji cili besar+cili siam tu 20 biji+cili kering 10 biji.

Nanti i snap ye.tp bkn i masak.bibik n she's good at it.

Cili kering yg jd pilihan ofkos cili yg kedut tu sbb pedas. Yg licin tu effect merahh je lebih pedas nya kelautt.

Iols slalu kena cmtu klau ad rewang ke ape. Pakai plastik je kena kecam. Laki xrasa air tgn, Takut pijor lah ,tak pernah ke dapur lah. Rase mcm nk sumbat je biji cili tu kt asam keping dorang bg menggelupur.

Ahhhhh. Nanti nak try lah. Malas nak deal dengan cili kering semata. Kalau boleh mix and result is good why not?

Sama lah tgn jenis pijar igt kan sbb I x mkn pedas. Cili padi ke cili kering mmg menyebabkan pijar tgn.

Thanks bagi tips, saya tak pandai di Dapur, nanti nak try semula buat cili...

Hari tu konon nak buat sambal ayam tapi kejadian mcm tak jadi pulak, sebab tak pandai blend bahan2 agaknya...

Nak makan pon nk berkira ke? Hidup kalo ada seribu satu alasan payah juga.. For me never ever cili boh.. Mmg dr kecik dah di ajat makan cili kisar.. Cili boh tu bukan bersih sgt pon. Kalo tgok kilang tmpat dorang process boleh terbeliak biji mata..

Aku pakai cili boh tp yg brand puteri tu mmg ok jah. Mcm cili blend kat rmh. Dulu2 rajin jgk nk blend2 cili ni sbb buat sekali byk2 rasa puas tp since dah xramai kt rmh, lama2 cili tu berkepam terus beli yg puteri je.tahan lama jgk la.

I biasa pakai cili kering.tp kalau time nak cepat cili boh pilihan adalah cili boh puteri.okla rasa tak perlu nak tambah asam dah.

Iols beli jugak cili boh untuk stok nyimpan haha, tapi kalau nak sedap mesti lah cili kering yg di blend, cili boh tu deme bubuh penstabil kot tu yg lain macam rasa dia haha

Idok ler pandai masak. Chef pon bukan. Cuma suka bereksperimen semasa memasak hehe. Mula2 masak dulu guna cili boh untuk buat sambal memang rasa tak sedap. Lama2 bila dah selalu dok guna cili boh kita akan tau juga tang mana rasa yang kurang tu. So dari situ boleh tambah perasa apa yang patut.
