Saya tak tau. Should be ok kalau letak sekejap kat luar? Even letak dalam fridge lama tak pakai pun boleh berkulat.

saya nak rekomen satu produk ibu samba d'apbroze...tahan 2 thn selagi x buka penutupnya...kalau buka ptnutup seminggu tu ok lagi...tapi sebaiknya letak dalam peti sejuk biasa...sbb udara kat luar memudahkan bakteria membiak...ianya tanpa pengawet...

Ok ke guna serbuk cili....ada2 sesetengah tu kasar...biji banyak...cili pun nampak berkeping-keping...ada juga yg baunya semacam jeeee...mungkin ada campuran lain kot...

Setakat ni ok je sis. Biasanya Baba's yg saya guna. Dikeluarkan drp paketnya tu dan simpan dlm airtight container. Utk memasak bancuh sikit dgn air, utk jadi paste.

Agaknya yg berkeping tu sbb lembap kut.

Oh, yang tu saya guna stick blender. Saya dah lama juga tak guna blender biasa (yg basah tu).

Jadi masak memasak, tumisan saya macam guna bahan yg ditumbuk lesung, sebab tak banyak terpercik.  Dan tak lama sangat utk pecah minyak sebab kurang air, 'kan.... macam kita buat sambal, kari semua tu perlu pecah minyak kan?
Hihihi gitulah lebih kurang nya...

Ooooo gitu....saya jenis malas nak kupas bawang & cili kering...nak blend lagi...pah tu pulak nak tumis...lecehhhh...makan masa... Saya beli sambal yang dah siap tumis...dalam tu dah ada cili kering, bawang merah & putih. Contoh nak buat kari ikan masukkan 2 sudu besar, daun kari...diikuti serbuk kari...santan...lepas tu masukkan ikan...sekejap jee siap. Ibu sambal namanya...panggilan bagi sesetengah tempat di perak...maksudnya sambal utk segala masakan yg dah siap tumis. Saya syorkan sis guna yg niiiii....
