Tq sis. Sy usaha n disiplin n positif n happy sll. Or at least i tried to have all that. Sebenarnya forum sgt membantu.i duk bertapa kat bod BFT sis.
N bertahun sy duk kt thread blogger scrutinize hanis haizi, sampai sy jd obses pd lotion takut berkarat mcm siku dia. I feel bad saying this. Tp bile i mls sapu lotion, i bayangkan siku hanis haizi.duh |

Hahah...betul juga, saya pun seriau sebab potongan badan sudah ke arah kak pam tu juga..lengan dan pun selambak balak sekarang.
Metabolisma saya agak rendah, mungkin gaya hidup yang sedentary sementah dah berusia 51 thn dan hubsbaby yang sering mengajak makan supper..kuis2 ambik salad pun tersuap jua french fries.
Memang kena stop habit ni..
Syukurlah setakat ni kesihatan masih baik.
Saya cuma amalkan brisk walk atau panjat bukit pepagi.
Air memang tak kurang dari 2 liter sehari dan selalu rebus kurma merah + longan kering utk pelancaran darah.
Yang kena ubah ni, tabiat tidur lewat malam...haishh.. |

Dari segi supplement i takde amik
Just i minum green tea pepagi time breakfast
Sebelum breakfast i minum segelas air yg dicampur sesudu ACV
I masih breastfeed juga almost 3y anak kecil k tapi itu yg kena control sama sb selalu lapar je |

Tips ha??.. Haha saya yang jenis happy go lucky...ada masalah pun saya cuba untuk tak fikirkan sangat, escapism saya selalunya buku2. Kalau hari ni tak boleh settle masalah, esok cuba lagi. Kadang2 suami ingat saya macam acuh tak acuh.. Saya cuba elakkan carbo-laden dan gula, walaupun kadang2 terbabas juga. Kalau minuman saya memang takkan ambil yang bergula.
** amalkan air kurma merah kalau nak pipi merah.. ;) |
