Keliru nak.tukar kereta atau beli rumah

Rumah yg TT nak bli tu rumah subsale ke?brape market value rumah tu?kalu MV lagi tinggi dr harga jual, ok la..

Kalu rumah subsale..kena standby duit lain..deposit, legal fees utk S&P n loan aggreement..ada lg lain2..

Kalu rumah baru..biasanye free legal fees,free stamp duty, free MOT..

Tapi ape2pun check dulu la brape loan bleh lepas..

Tp slalu survey rmh baru harga tinggi2


Try belajar dr otai property di FB mcm faizul ridzuan, Jordan tan, meor zaidi (abg ensem), Abe naz Zain etc..

Setahu sy, harga rumah mmg ada yg turun utk segment yg buyer xde/ kurg cth rumah mewah..nilai mmg jatuh, tp utk mass market yg ramai org mampu beli, harga tak jatuh pun

Apt lama harga tak tinggi sbb byk apt/ rumah baru sekarang yg harga sm dgn apt lama..ie rumahwip, selangorku, ppa1m, dibina dekat lokasi2 strategik..bl ada pilihan buyer prefer rumah baru dr rumah lama..

rumah u nk beli landed kan..harga mmg mcm tula wpun tak luas sbb tanah making kurg.. try survey btl2 rumah yg sesuai utk investment pd harga sama di lokasi lain, tp ROI yg lebih bagus utk long term..byk sgt pilihan skrg ni..kn rajin buat research je

kete biasa je... so far boleh la..
planning juga nak beli baru..

kete tu, boleh la consider nak ambik baru kalau kete TT dah start big problem/repair mcm major overhaul atau kena tukar gear box.  Tukar gear box bukan murah. Tukar gear box ni mcm tukar jantung kete. kalau fit, okla. kalau tak fit/compatible, kena tukar lagi (after warranty- barang recon biasa warranty kejap aje noks)

jangan tangguh2 beli rumah. tutup mata, just beli aje.
tapi, location rumah tu kat mana? rawang, bukit beruntung, bukit sentosa - area2 hulu selangor ke? kalau itu, ko kena pikir panjang sket lah.

takat tukar benda kecik2 tu biasa la 6thn kot. orang mcm kita pun dah start sakit2, kena maintenance bila makin tua.
tapi, kalau hati ko lebih ke kereta baru, ko suka drive, hujung minggu aje ko drive sana sini. tambahan pulak, ko wat MLM, agent insurance part time ke, agent cucukoo, coway etc, jadi kereta la penting. Kereta mahal tanda bisness anda adalah "maju". Mampu menarik perhatian potential customer.

Ada hospital nak bina.. agaknya 5-10 tahun baru siap..

Rmh yg mewah je akn turun.. tp still.mahal..


Kalau sy beli rmh ni.. mmg tak dptla tanggung kereta baru.. so.. guna jela kereta lama
Dah tanya td pemaju.. dalam 1400 - 1500 sebulan.. sbb full gov loan

Hihiiii.. rasanya tahun ni punya azam.. nak jalan dekat je.. paling jauh pun perak-taiping.. kenduri sedara.. harap2 keta ok..
Kata salesman, harga keta nak.naik.lepas.sst, bln 8-9

Lepas tu pg k.l.je la kut.. rmh nak beli ni lepas kuala selangor.. ..

Area rawang.. hulu selangor.tu tak bagus ya?

Govt loan better simpan dulu, untuk beli rumah ke-3..kalau cdg nk beli byk rumah..Sbbnya blh dpt 100 %
loan untuk rumah ketiga..rumah no.1 & 2, beli guna bank loan je

Rumah yg u nk beli ni, kalau nk duduk sendiri mmg ok rumah apa pun

kalau utk investment ie jual kemudian, fikir dalam2 sis..sbb ada sekatan rezab bumi, u blh jual to bumi je.. capital appreciation akan affected kalau pembeli u pun terhad kaumnya..try cr property lain..blh tau u nk beli area mana sebenarnya?

Apa yg I tau, area Jln kebun Shah alam blh dpt harga sama dlm 300k utk landed property tanah rezab melayu..Kalau puncak alam punya area pun ada harga around that ..yg ni tak silap landed tp  takde sekatan...sekadar cth utk perbandingan u

* I bukan agent Hartanah pun, keje gomen mcm u gk, sekadar kongsi ilmu2 yg i dpt dr org lain je

kalau ko guna loan govt. takyah la nak beli umah cepat2. orang lain nak cepat2 tu sbb guna loan bank. atau ko guna loan bank dulu. loan govt tu ko simpan2 utk dream house. bila ko naik pangkat, loan govt pun lagi besar value nya.

kalau orang bank tak tanya la. orang bank lagi suka orang gomen buat loan. masa depan terjamin gitu.
cuma, developer la frust sket ko tak guna loan govt.
kekadang developer bagi special syarat lagi kalau guna loan govt. so, ko takyah kalut2. pelan2 pilih dream house.


guna loan govt, pilih umah lawa, besar & location bagus sket. lagi bagus ko pilih calon suami/isteri, orang gomen jugak. combine loan, cun beb. dapat umah semi-D.

so far ok la.. tak guna untuk jalan jauh pun..
balik-balik subang-kl-subang..
ronda-ronda shah alam ke..
kira lingkungan 50 60km tu lepas la..
inshaallah tahun depan ingat nak tukar juga..
baru renew roadtax insurance ni so ada masa setahun nak pilih kereta apa

u pakai keta volvo ke..mmg keta kebal le tu...ha3

menjawab soalan TT...sila beli rumah. i rasa u muda belia lg nih..janji2 manis mak u tu simpan dulu dlm lemari sbb x leh percaya sgt akak u yg 2 org tu x interfere bila tau mak u nk wariskn umah tu pd u..skrg pon dh dok sebok soh u beli keta baru bagai.. tu blm kira adik beradik lain lg...ke uols mmg bertiga je

so...beli je umah..klu xde org nk sewa sbb lokasi x strategik tp kot2 mak x jadik wariskn umah skrg ni..u dh leh larik bawa bantai buchuk blk umah senirik..xde sapa nk kaco...klu mak bg umah skrg nih..pandai2 le nk pk juai ke xnak juai umah baru beli tu

keta baru??? anggap je la rezeki umah smpi dulu sbb dh ada peluang depan mata...tggu rezeki keta lak smpi one fine day... sbb adik i pakai myvi dia dh lama dh..keluaran myvi yg 1st tu thn bila eh... tp dia dh berjaya beli 2 bijik umah.. keta dia tu sll berulang alik dr KL menjengok my mom di utara semenanjung
