kalau lapar lagi, masak steam veggies at 7pm.
4C veggies - carrot, cabbage, corn & capsium

X lapar ke. .makan ni aja

tak lapar pun. dah biasa.
kenyang tu. plant based diet ni full of fiber.
i mmg jarang makan nasi & roti, maybe seminggu sekali.
itu pun weeken, time cheat day.

Asalkan x de penyakit ...tapi kita kurus mmg sebab nak sihat ....biasa kalau badan terlampau  berisi. .penyakit mudah datang

i dok dalam ekon most of time.
takde lapar pun. tapi air kena minum banyak lah.

pagi - lemon & ginger, refill sampai takde rasa.
tengah hari - black coffee (no gula, no milk, no creamer)
with roasted garlic 6/7 ketul

petang - green tea + chia seeds sesudu
jam 5 baru dinner.

Mana makanan beratnya capi..maksud i bila capi makan mknn beratnya. .tengok jadual makan semua yang x berat  ..kalau i lah dah masuk angin perut. ..

lagi pun i cuba nak elakkan makan animal product.

tak pernah pun kena gastrik, noor.
lagipun i ni mmg jenis low stomach acid.
ikut japanese diet pun, people with blood A type, patut jadi vegetarian jer.

dulu i penah diet makan crackers, roti & milo.
end up rasa bloating, acid reflux rasa sampai ke tekak.
makan nasi pun sama, lepas makan i rasa macam bloating n sick.
perut bunchet semacam, rasa macam lambat jer nak hadam.

tukar plant based diet, baru la i rasa sihat.
tiap kali makan, w'pun cuma buah, rasa ohws nikmat nya donia.
kunyah pelan2 sambil menikmati makanan.
dia punya rasa raw n fresh tu, lagi puas hati dari makan nasik. hihi

me back to work, 3 hari seminggu,
jenis kerja yang banyak berjalan..
so me set kat tepon tengok berapa step
me buat sehari, last wed me jalan 16 ribu step..

oklah walaupun 3 hari aje jalan belas ribu..
memang kurang beberapa kilo dah,,

dan less makan memang kurus,
ni my husband lah, dia dah hilang 20 pound so far
sebab malam dia tak makan.

Khen. Aiols insof sangat bila tengok video ni pasal toksin dalam badan.





Not to mention, awek tu lawa.

Aiol masih ambik nasik but kurangkan kuantiti. Ok jah dalam masa 4 hari jah pon dah turun 2.4 kgs. So nak tengok day 21 boleh hilang berapa banyak. Aiol akan coba juga dapatkan tido yang cukop dan kurangkan stress. Sukor la musim cuti sekolah ni dapat la rehat sikit. At least if stress pon, stress urus anak sundri kat rumah ja. Gumbira sangat hada cuti tak perlu stress urus anak orang selama sebulan.

dia punya explanation & animation mmg best.
i perasan IF time ratio dalam video ni,
sama dengan dr berg punya suggestion - 18/6



lepas i tengok video yg u bagi tu,
i dapat relate pasal healing power tu, dengan autophagy process.
now i understand kenapa puasa ni penting.

btw sebelum ni buat IF, i makan buah.
skang ni i baru nak belajor makan sayur masak steam.
experiment with food. sebelum ni jarang2 makan sayur.
