Devotees relieved temple can stay put

SUBANG JAYA: The devotees of Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple are breathing a huge sigh of relief now that a comprehensive solution has been found to the land dispute, thanks to Attorney-General Tommy Thomas’s intervention.
The temple’s taskforce committee head S. Ramaji said: “The decision for the temple to be retained at the same place under the purview of a trust and the High Court is probably the fairest and best solution.
“We are very thankful and appreciate that we can stay put.”
Tommy said yesterday that the owner of the 0.4ha plot on which the temple is located in USJ 25 had agreed to transfer it to a trust before transferring it to the temple trustees at a later date. Tommy said he must be represented in all the applications to ensure impartiality and neutrality among the various groups in the temple.
“We would like to express our gratitude to the menteri besar of Selangor and the land owner, One City Development, for their generosity and wise decision,” said Ramaji.
“All the hard work, struggle and sacrifices made in the cause of retaining the temple in its current location have paid off.
“Thank you to the legal team, faithful devotees, taskforce members, NGOs, individuals and all who stood by us.”
He also thanked the AG for his involvement in resolving the long standing temple relocation issue.
Another taskforce member, Elangovan Annamalai, said he felt relieved, blessed and happy over the AG’s statement.
“We have been waiting for this. The decision to keep the temple in its current location is the best news we have received in months,” he said, adding that the Attorney-General’s Chamber had carried out a professional and thorough investigation which led to the win-win decision for all parties involved in the land dispute.

Set a bad precedent apabila AG tolong kaum nya sendiri utk dpt apa yg dikehendaki.
Walau mahkamah telah menetapkan sekali pun, tapi AG boleh sewenangnya guna kuasa dia utk masuk campur agar boleh override keputusan yg menyebelahi tuan tanah ittew.
Win win kejadah kalau yg menang cuma sesama group dlm temple tu je, dan AG cuma nak pastikan sesama group dlm temple tu je di layan samarata....itu bermakna forkus AG cuma pada pihak temple tu semata2 .... tak racist ke tu ?
Sedangkan owner terjejas luas tanahnya, anggota penyelamat terjejas kesihatannya dan hampir hilang nyawa nya , berpuluh pemilik kereta hilang aset mereka kerana dibakar , dan masyarakat terjejas keharmonian dan ketenteraman kerana rusuhan yg berlaku .
So much for tak mahu amalkan racism lah kenkononn.
next time walau dah di beri pampasan, dah di beri tanah, kalau tak mau pindah jugak, boleh blame muslim group, buat rusuhan, pukul setengah mati anggota penyelamat yg pi tolong , lepas tu superhero AG boleh tolong rampas tanah dari pemiliknya nanti .

watch out semua pemilik tanah..... looks like perusuh bakal terus mengganas because it pays to do that in order to get your land forcefully.

Oh one more thing, tok sami ramaji tuh jadi femes instantly walau sebar fitnah walau plan rusuhan , dpt buat press conference berlambak2 .... itu lah yg jadi apabila kerajaan korup perintah negara.
Next time tok sami lain plak akan buat yg sama sebab boleh jadi femes kann dgn cara camtu....

Rusuhan, kereta rosak bomba dipukul semua tu bukan salah agama indu dan bukan salah kuil yer. Jangan pulak ko kata aku sukung pemukul bomba tuh. Kalau kapir salahkan masjid dan igama isele dlm sesuatu isu kita marah kan? So reciprocate lah |

ada aku kata salah agama kaa ? Kat mana tuuu ? 
Kuil cuma bangunan, yg salah adalah org yg pi bina kuil atas tanah org lain, dan yg tak mau pindah , yg merusuh utk dapat hajat hati
kuil tetap tak berhak ada atas tanah org lain tanpa kebenaran okkk .

minta tanah balik pun tak dapat, inikan minta duit balik ...dah dilahap dahh duit tuuu , kalau dapat balik pun for sure ada tangan2 kotor yg usaha kumpul duit lah nanti utk di beri balik kat one city kot |

AG di bayar gaji oleh siapa ? Taxpayers money ok... dan taxpayers bukan kaum dia saja tapi berbilang kaum.... so atas sebab apa plak dia nak masuk campur lalu buat decision yg menguntungkan kaum dia semata2 hingga menindas kaum lain ? Bukankah itu bermakna dia salahguna kuasa dia ?

menindas kaum lain lah apabila keputusan AG ni bakal menyebabkan pemilik2 tanah yg ada kuil atasnya yg lain tu semua menghadapi masalah utk dapatkan kembali tanah depa kelak....
sapa nak bayar pampasan dan nak bagi tanah lain apabila memikirkan kuil tetap akan berada ditempat tu jugak buat pi lah apa pun ?
Bukankah perbuatan AG tu ibarat memberi signal pada tuan tanah lain utk simply menyerahkan je tanah depa tu pada pihak kuil tanpa lawan atau berusaha pepe pun utk dapat balik tanah?
Kerana dah jadi sia2 lah naik turun mahkamah, bayar lawyer mahal2 , bayar pampasan, bagi tanah lain , kalu result tetap memihak pada pihak kuil jugak nanti kann. Betul2 menindas pemilik tanah lah apa yg AG nih buat, membuka ruang utk perkara tu berlaku seluas2 nya sekarang nih.

Lepas ni apa plak AG ni akan masuk campur utk memihak pada kaum dia semata2 ? Dia berjaya buat nih nescaya dia akan terus buat lagi dan lagi, tak caya tungguuuuu .....beratus lagi kuil dok menanti tuuu kan waythamoorty kannn
