aiyooo hari2 makan nasi masa lunch hahaha

last time pagi cuba kurangkan breakfast walaupon breakfast tu pentingkan. just makan oat and susu je. tapi oat pon makan oat yang perisa honey banana tu je. tak lalu haii makan oat normal tu. tpi lately cari oat tu takde plak jual payah betul nak cari. dua hari ni da makan mihun gorneg je plak aishhh.

cuma tghri memang taram je nasi. malam la memang tak makan apa2. kalo ada buah makan la buah sikit tuk kurangkan rasa nak makan tu. masih jauh lagi ni mampu keeeeeee

nak puasa ni pun iol risau gak. sebab ada gastrik teruk. tahun lepas,sakit perut teruk. mcm benda tajam cucuk perut. cek ngan doktor,gastrik. asik angin perut,pastu muntah2. seksanya. puasa tahun lepas banyak tinggal plus period. tahun ni xtau mcm mana

saya ni kes bersalin la sis. kononnya macam sis jgk bersalin turun laju je banggaaaa. lepas anak nak masuk 2 thn fuhhh menangis. sekarang baru cam ada kesedaran

Bulan pose ni tu la hope boleh la turun juga, tapi takut juga nak makan berat masa buka tu kan

Nak bagitau yang kita tgh cuba kurangkan berat badan.
Tgh cuba intermittent fasting, so far dah turun dari 58kg ke 54.5kg.
Weight goal nak achieve is 50-52kg mcm tu sbb weight gain haritu  bagi tekanan kat lutut iols.

oh... memang susah ye nk turun tp nk naik kejap je kan.. anyway diharap semuanya menjaga kesihatan...nk kurus kdg bkn nk bdn je cantik..tp sng nk solat, blh imbang badan n lutut pun tk sakit..

I pun nk turunkan 4-5kg..  Moga bulan puasa ni mampu tahan nafsu mkn. Pipi i dah terlebih chubby ni.. Sejenis naik di muka dulu. Jeles dgn hubby i, bdn naik, muka mentenn jaaa...
