Lelaki Tak Boleh Buat 10 Push-Up Berisiko Sakit Jantung

Kebanyakan lelaki, waktu muda remaja atau sekitar 20-an dulu selalunya aktif bersukan dan menjaga kesihatan. Setakat 10 kali tekan tubi, apalah sangat kan?


Tapi, bila dah menginjak usia 30-an, kemudian 40-an dan 50-an, ramai yang mula bermalasan. Yalah, sebab sibuk bekerja, menjaga anak-anak dan isteri serta segala macam lagi benda nak dibuat. Manalah ada masa nak bersenam macam dulu lagi.


Sebenarnya trend ini bahaya untuk kesihatan sebab macam-macam penyakit boleh datang. Kalau bukan penyakit 'tiga serangkai' atau stroke (angin ahmar) kita sangat berisiko terkena serangan jantung walaupun sebelum ini tidak pernah ada tanda sakit.

Jadi, penyelidik University Harvard menjalankan kajian mengenai cara mudah untuk mengesan risiko sakit jantung yang juga antara penyakit pembunuh utama lelaki.


Jawapannya mudah, kalau gagal melakukan tekan tubi sekurang-kurangnya 10 kali, maksudnya risiko kena sakit jantung sangatlah tinggi.


Bagi lelaki yang boleh melakukannya lebih 40 kali, risiko kena serangan jantung turun 97 peratus dalam tempoh 10 tahun. Maksudnya, dalam 10 tahun lagi, 97 peratus kemungkinan anda tidak akan kena sakit jantung kalau boleh buat senaman ini sekarang. Ada berani cuba?


Penyelidik menggunakan senaman itu untuk mengukur risiko berkenaan sebab senaman jenis ini didapati sangat berkait rapat dengan kekuatan jantung berbanding berlari atau senaman lain.


Ada logiknya juga sebab kalau sesiapa yang pernah melakukan tekan tubi pasti merasakan kesukarannya. Boleh putus nafas dibuatnya!

Sebenarnya lagi meningkat usia lagi banyak badan harus digerakan untuk memastikan sentiasa sihat dan cergas.  Kalau asyik lemau je mana nak sihat dan bertenaga.

tangan cacat, tak balance nak push up

serious aku jealous tengok orang push up.

aku squat je hari-hari. kaki je sihat. last2 montot aku pulak shape

Lelaki melesia especially melayu masuk umo 30an ramai yg start boroi.Joging pon malas yamat apalagi push up.malam2 bantai teh tarik gelas besar tambahan roti banjir.

damn, this research is so amazing and I had never heard about it. well, it is true that one's needs to be active in order to live long. If you just leave your body at rest then this can happen. Especially Top CIPD witer malaysia like me, we have to sit all day long, we don't have any activity left. that's why I make sure to do exercise daily otherwise this will happen to me too!

Den sehari wat 20x je larat..at least 40 ek..nak kono torai la ni pasni up 40 boleh ke tak..lagi 3 tahun nak masuk umur 40..risau gak ni..dah lah kuat isap rokok era den ni

40 kali push up tu kene continously erk? kalau ada rehat2 skit time tgh2 tu aci tak? haha.. skrg ni stakat mampu straight 15 kali push up jer at one time.
