BENTUK BADAN IDEAL

Selamat pagi wanita2 sekalian alam..Hari ni ahkak nak kongsikan satu ilmu yang baru je ahkak dapat hari ni.

Tadi adalah tertengok facebook tentang penjagaan badan. Selama ni kita biasa nilaikan bentuk badan kita berdasarkan berat atau bmi kan.

Kadang2 bila excercise, berat badan tak turun2, buat kita jadi makin lemah semangat. Padahal, ukuran badan dah makin berkurang.

Sapa2 yang mengalami masalah ni, ada satu pengiraan yang boleh dikatakan lebih tepat untuk mengira bentuk badan ideal.

Pengiraan ni berdasarkan ukuran lilit pinggang dan ketinggian. Moga2 sapa2 yang tgh down berat tak turun2 even dah kontrol mkn dan excercise tu...dah boleh menarik nafas lega...mhuahss..

pinggang / tinggi..
i punya 0.21..lbh teruk dr abnormal..
i lebarkan pinggang ke 50 pon kira extreme slim. tak mo lah..

Contoh la..pinggang kita 30 inch..which is 76.2 cm. Dan ketinggian kita pulak dalam 160cm. Ukuran pinggang (cm) /Ketinggian(cm). Ikut ukuran contoh tu, 76.2/160 = 0.47625. Dalam golongan "HEALTHY"..Kena ikut ukuran bahagian perempuan tu ye, jangan tengok bahagian lelaki tu..

Cuba la dulu chuols...sebab kalau ikut kajian, memang ukur lilit pinggang ni menentukan tahap kesihatan seseorang...sebab ada yang badan kurus..tapi banyak lemak kat pinggang kan..?

Samala result kita..ha..ha...tapi ahkak pun nak kurangkan berat badan lagi. Kalau ikut BMI pun dah normal..selalu pg gym. Tapi berat badan tak mau turun2 jugak. Yang pelikknya...ukuran pinggang semakin berkurangan..Tu bila tengok pengiraan ni, sejuk sikit hati tu..

BMi iols 23.03..
Kalau boleh nak turunkan ke 22..
I jenis cepat naik dekat peha dkt bahagian atas lutut tu..situ naik sikit je pun dah tak rasa tak selesa pakai seluar.
