0.46, hurmmm iols ada target nk trim lgi lemak2  degil ni, so lps solat tarawih, iols akan make sure buat exercise up to one hour..hopefully menjadi workout yg iols tiru dalam youtube nih..

Rajinnya chuols..i bulan puasa ni banyak mengelat...kata nak excercise..Tapi selalu je lupa atau buat2 lupa.. Hari2 bukak mkn berat, sahor pun makan berat. Cuma hari ni, berikan sinar keinsafan untuk bersahur dgn overnite oat.. Senang sgt overnite oat cara iols. Rendam oat guna susu kurma..done. Tapi time menulis ni perut dah mula berbunyi la..macamana ni..hu..hu..

Kipidap chuols...tiba2 rasa terpanggil pulak untuk turut serta..tapi nak buat sebelum berbuka la..tapi iols kena masak awal sikit la. Excercise sikit dalam 20 minit. Lps tu mandi n bersiap2 untuk berbuka sambil mata mengadap makanan...

Mula2 mmg x best uols, hahahha, tp petua dia jgn melengah, lps solat terawih terus pakai baju sukan n kasut sukan..beli yoga mat kt shopipi sbb yoga mat lama x guna dh reputtt.. ..kalu uols nk buat sblm bbuka pun ok..immediate result bila lps bersenam mmg fresh betul, lps mandi badan pun rasa ringan..jommm kita brsenam..

I eksesais lepas masak menu bbuka.. around 6 camtu.... by 6.45 dah stop nak freshen up bilas badan tukar baju bersih sbb nak hidang food, panaskan apa patut...  

Malam i susah sikit nak eksesais sbb lepas terawih husband dgn my son ajak supper (minu2 je) or tengok movie...

Waahh....i kagum org yg boleh senam time puasa sbb i mmg x mampu...hehe, kalu ikut kevin zahri mmg dia pun sarankn bersenam b4 sahur n sblm bebuka, n after 2,3 hours lps berbuka, so mn2 yg kita selesa kan chuols..biasanya chuols buat exercise apa erk, i mean yg sesuai b4 berbuka?

bulan puasa i tak beria sgt.. i buat my dancing ( lower impact) atau follow youtube utk kuatkan abs and core... try u search u tube jordan yeoh core workout...

Everyday i target meeting 10k steps je dah cukup.. through dancing  dpt 5-6k steps dah ok.. sbb buat keje rumah lain dah 5-6k steps.. ok laa dpt 12k steps a day

Yasss..baik la..smalam iols culas lagi..masak dah awal. Tapi kluar kejap p cari barang dapo. InsyaAllah..hari ni jadilah..kalau tak jadi jugak..iols nak cubit diri sendiri..

Grean tea buat hari2 ke..alahai..bagusnya..i pun kena start jugak ni. Nasib baik ada geng2 kat sini..boleh la ambik semangat sikit..Sebelum puasa memang selang sari buat Fast walk..kat u tube. Kadang2 buat dance workout., yoga..Tapi bulan puasa ni mmg stop terus.

Ku seru pada mu semangat...kembalilah...

Betul..i kalau mandom, dah tak de semangat nak jaga badan..memang i akan masuk sini. Lepas baca2 semua..mesti semangat tu membara balik. Ramai2 kat sini mesti ada yang jiwa sama mcm iols.

Bai de way..i masuk sini saja nak buat laporan. I dah berjaya excercise semalam...yehuuu...tapi buat 30 minutes fast walking booster by Leslie Sansone. Nak buat santai2 je..tapi boleh tahan berpeluh la jugak. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvEJ5WFk2KE. Mak cik leslie tu dah 58 tahun. Tapi badan masih fit lagi..

Khennnn, hopefully lps ni BFT makin rancak.. Iols suka je baca komen2 forumer based on pengalaman sendiri..kdg2 nk beli brg pun iols carik sini..nnt leh share workout yang best2 kt thread baru chuolsss...im waiting...

Dulu time zaman belajar makan sukati je..xde aku nak pandang air kosong ni sangat..mesti order air yg berperisa..makan pun xde nasik separuhnye..elokkkk je berat aku 44kg menten..skrg ni bila umur dah late 30s..ko bau makanan pun bole gemok..sedehhhhh

I need to lose weight..dah lama tak pakai jeans yg cantik coz tak muat..huhu

Memang pun sis..bila umur 30 thn ke atas lagi obvious.. Dulu makan 5 kali sehari pun tak ada apa2. Tak exercise pun badan maintain je. Berat susah nak naik. Bila umur masuk je 30an.. mkn 1-2 sehari dengan exercise pun boleh bertambah berat badan. Ingat lagi 2 tahun lps, i start exercise, it took me 1 year to lose 3kg...

Lepas tu, bila makan lebih sikit je, dia naik lebih dari tu..memang derita sangat..Tapi i perasan lps biat IF, cepat sikit berat badan nak turun. Exercise macam tu la, on off..
