I nak share dengan korang. I buat GM diet few days ago. Sebab pernah terbaca dalam IG ummijep dan mekkoyas. Lepas tu I gi study sikit before buat. Ya tuhannn..Tak mampu I. Berjaya 2 hari jer. Hari ketiga I give up. 2 hari buat turun 1.1kg. I ambik measurement jugak. Berkurang 0.2 inch kat pinggang and hips. Kiranya bukan turun berat air jer. I memang dah slim (but still nak turunkan few kg yang naik sikit) pun but still ada penurunan jugak. Kinda scary sebab I buat 2 hari jer.

now buat IF 18:^ + DSSS + workout (3miles walk). cheat day on weekend (sat/sund) tp berat statik gitu je.. stresss jugak... tp tetap semangat lagi ni... dah almost 3 weeks buat...

iol boleh makan carb tapi dgn syarat kena buat cardio right after nak ‘cancelkan’ glucose load tu baru la badan tak naik. Now dah fed up iol maintain je IF tu dgn suku2 separuh tapi takda carb. cardio tu best buat kulit jadi glowing tapi iol tak rajin sgt dah kertu ni. Buat atkins dgn keto best sebab takyah exercise tapi susah nak maintain lifestyle tu. Kita malaysian murah dgn makanan sedap2 kot mana tahann

Kalau iol makan carb in excess iol akan puasa the next day nak reset balik. Puasa yang 24 jam tu.

Badan ambik masa 12 jam nak proses glucose (means takkan burn fat, badan burn glucose je utk tenaga). 3 hari tak makan carbs baru ketosis. Itu badan iol la, orang lain maybe lagi laju.

iol penah makan mee konjac tu dgn nasi konjac masa nak reset lepas mentekedarah carb mcm pesta, tapi rasa dia iol rela telan kobis bunga tu lagi sedap.

aiyaaa, dulu2  i mmg minum nescafe/kopi  dgn susu pekat.. bertahun pulak tu.
sejak tahun lps je  ...

alamak iols pn tak boleh tinggal kopi tarik

1 hr mesti nak pekena secawan huhuhu

memang kena stop terus ke kalau nak diet ni

iols minum air suam 2-3ltr sehari, cuma tu la kopi mesti mahu

pantang bersalin turun berat..habis bersalin naik berat demm betul hahaha

iols pun pas bersalin gak, ni pun dah naik 4kg ..cepat betul kalau nak naik berat tu

tak sedar sendiri salah mkn tanpa rasa bersalah huhuhu

kopi lain dah x minum n minum sehari sekali..
air kena byk minum..
then, iols buat avocado smoothie kalau terasa nak meal replacement..

asal lapar sikit, uols minum tapi stop la minum air bila dah pukul 7/8 mlm..

I buat suku2 separuh ni + low impact exercise stgh jam je.. turun 15kg pluss inchloss yg sgt ketara smpi buang baju 2 guni. Ni dlm masa 3 bulan



tapi I mmg bedal aje kecuali air manis

Ice cream and coklat makan je tapi sikit buat hilang gian

Lagi satu kalau nak mudah ikut plan ni, meal prep awal2.. bekal pun masak on weekend and pagi2 sy microwave. hehe

I pun suka follow dia ni. Diet dia boleh lagi makan nasi, ayam paprik etc maklum la tekak I ni Melayu kikiki. Yang penting kira calorie intake. Slowly but surely akan turun berat

iols lagi prefer healthy meal instead amik makanan yang dlm bentuk replacement.

beli makanan fresh mcm ikan, sayur, masak sendiri.

minyak dan garam boleh adjust.

no salt. just garlic, onion and paper.

buat kukus, grill dan steam.

in sya Allah, slowly akan turun.
