Mmg kena exercise dari rumah, supaya otot kuat. Kalau dari muda malas exercise, dah tua lembik ja. Hahaha

virus covid memekatkan darah pesakit sampai beku seterusnya menyebabkan stroke / heart attack...
kalau yg muda2 positif tanpa simptom mereka pun boleh kena juga ke..

ye, sebenarnya, jika kita unwell sbb apa2 virus pun, kerana inflammatory response dalam badan, kita boleh dapat blood clots esp kat kaki dan boleh ke lungs. also, bila kena apa2 virus, mmg terbaring tak bergerak tido aje.. so risiko utk blood clots jadi mmg naik lah. jugak, kita dehydrated, lagi lah ber risiko utk clots.

covid ni mmg dikatakan ada berisiko utk pesakit dapat blood clots. ye yg muda pon boleh kena mon. baik mon gerak2 dalam rumah semasa PKP nih.. if tido mcm ular kang risiko clots tinggi lak

dah back to work doh
(sepatutnya, kena tunggu dulu sikit rasanya sebab symptoms ada lagi, tapi docs tak cukup)
now dah fully recover alhamdulillah

Doc, walk the talk...

Ada kawan I pernah citer. Dia pegi appointment kat hospital. Pastu doktor tu suruh dia jaga pemakanan, exercise semua. Dia ckp kat saya, "Doktor tu nasihat aku kemain lagi, dia sendiri obese, mengah mengah."

neurontin boleh diguna utk painkiller dar pain yg dtg dari nerve, selain dari ubat epilepsymungkin dia ada sakit dari nerve ek selepas patah
biasa sy beri paracetamol 1000mg 4 kali sehari dengan iburpofen 400mg 4 kali sehari utk 5 hari, then turun kan frequency nye kepada bila perlu.
bila dah setel sikit, kita stop neurofen dia dan guna paracetamol aje
dia allergic to ibuprofen kot. neurontin tu mahal tu.

ha, betul kata knowlee..dah didapati melalui research, pesakit lebih dgr nasihat (bukan dari pemakanan aje, atau berat badan aje, tetapi juga dari nasihat lain), jika doctor tu BMI dia normal or near-normal dan lebih yakin dgn sesuatu obesity clinic, jika staff nya pon slim.
ha nnt sy buat stretching every morning.. bukan apa, bila keje, mmg busy kesana kemari.. balik umah terus tido kroh kroh.. mandi pon tak

sy mkn apa yg ada dan bila ada masa aje.. nasib baik alhamdulillah tak gemuk
tapi cholesterol naik la sikit
eh, things kita buat at work eg jln sana sini tu, tak dikira exercise tau, sbb kita akan cover dgn food kita. exercise yg dimaksudkan oleh doctors adalah dedicated time utk exercise

Selalu ja depan TV exercise. Kekadang pasang YouTube, follow je video. Cuma sekarang tgh sakit belakang, so exercise sambil baring ja.
