Tu pun amik masa chuols. Setahun lebih jugak la sbb kdg2 terbabas bila craving melanda Tapi lepas tu cepat2 insof & jaga makan balik.

Bagus la chuols banyak makan ulam. Makanan yg ada kandungan serat akan buat kita kenyang lebih lama. Turun slow2 pun xpe asalkan ada progress.

Selain tu sgt2 penting utk elakkan stress. Sebab bila stress hormon akan terganggu & berat pun susah nak turun. Paling penting utk turunkan berat mmg kena jaga makan & elak stress. Kalau nak lagi cepat leh workout / buat simple exercise

Iols sangat bersyukur bulan puasa time PKP ni. Sebab I work from home je. So everytime sahur I just minum air kosong and time berbuka, I takkan sentuh nasi langsung and makan makanan lain such as roti John ke,  salad, sup ayam, or any food yg bukan nasi and air manis I langsung tak sentuh. Alhamdulillah berat I mmg cepat turun and paling penting, once dah turun, bila start makan mcm biasa balik, dia takkan naik

Before PKP I diet dlm 3 minggu cmtu and I lost around 5kgs. Start PKP I start melantak balik mcm ada saka dalam badan for about sebulan lebih and surprisingly, berat I sikit pun tak naik padahal dalam kepala otak ni dah ready yg berat I naik another 10kgs sebab melantak cm orang gila time PKP

Anyway, setuju gak dgn forumer kt sini, si zulin kalau keluar citer pasal dia tak lain tak bukan pasal gemuk kurus balik, gemuk balik, kurus balik

Iolss mmg xsanggup nak makan berat2... Iolss mmg xsuke kene perut sebuuu...iolss makan mangga+air putih ja.. Alhamdulillah perut tahan.. Tp.. Tp 3 hari pertama pedih jua perut iolss... Lame2 ok boleh adapt..

Uolss turun brape kg bulan posa xamik nasi n minum manis... Iolss sahur minum air masak n makan buah ja.. Tp berbuka iolss makan macam biase.. Minum jua manis segelass.... Iolss turun 6kg ja..

Iolss target 10kg..tapi nan hado... Tak tahan nak minum air manis mase berbukaaaaa.... Lalu ku minum jua secawannn.. Sejuk2 tu.. Waa sedapp... InsyaAllah iols ingat nak posa raya ke2... Harap2 kuat semangat ku ini.... Target abeskan saki baki 4 kg...

Larat ke dgn sahur 2 biji kurma? Kalau iols buat cenggini, iols dah lama pengsan kat tmpt keje.

larat .. last year sahur 3 biji kurma dengan air 1 liter
tahun ni sahur dengan kuih 2-3 ketul
takpun cucur sayur 2 keping ...
kalau ada mood roti gardenia purple tu 3 keping
sapu butter, jem and peanut butter and jem ...

even kerja pun sama juga
makan kuih .. air kosong 1 liter ... then keluar untuk pergi kerja
naik public transport ..
tak mampu nak makan nasi untuk sahur
perut rasa sebu ...
