Now dorg tgh open yg tower C plak.. kemain time pkp haritu pn agent yg ktorg deal tu btau ada je org booking msa tu

I book yang partially furnished 550k tak ingat tower mana.... tp yg ada offer skali aircond and centralized water heater tu.. dual key concept tu... i plan beli situ sbb masa tu i single mom (2017)... i nakkan security, dekat skolah anak and senang nak gi keje...

i takut duduk rumah landed berdua dengan anak.... so i jual rumah i kat bukit antarabangsa masa tu... punya laa lama tunggu tak naik2.. the moment i nak nikah tu, terus i cancel sbb project dah delay... kebetulan husband mmg dah provide rumah landed dekat ofis... so okay laa cancel condo tu... mujur project delay

kalau loan bank tak lepas ni..sis banker cuma blh bagi potong 60% dari keseluruhan gaji,

utk LP ...

Knp kalu loan bank kena byr bunga dulu?patutnya byr dua dualah sbb dah keluarkan jadual pembyran kan

Ni pn klu ikut kata agen tu expected 2023 kot...xtau lh kot2 ada salah sorg dr ktorg kawin ke time dlm 2,3 thn ni kn.. tp gaya mcm ktorg 2 bradik forever together je tu yg nekad beli je

I see.. area situ best laa bagi i compared to bukit antarabangsa jem lahnat tu hahahahaha... groceries shopping kat au2 tu pun best... kalo i single mom i would still stay there la or other option cam  Mcity (bawah ada village grocer);or seri maya je walking distance to LRT setiawangsa.. tp now dah bahaya nak naik LRT dgn social distancing segala

cuba tgk pada SPA loan harga rumah 300k tapi bila harga Rumah kene bayar utk loan 600-700k

30 year x 5% = 150% + harga rumah.


sapa berminat nak beli umah projek developer Ecoworld punya project ecosunctuary bagi tau sy. Condominium, semid, bungalow or rental kedai dlm kawasan ecosantuary.  condo parque ecosunctuary booking RM 500. kalau berminat bg tau blh bawak viewing rumah.

for private and government servants lagi baik ada, discount utk unit condominium blh markup loan and cash back.

Tapi harga rumah masa dlm pembinaan jauh lebih murah dari harga yang dh siap. Rumah aku sendiri banyak beza almost 80k.Mcm mana tau? Sebab waktu nak sign agreement lawyer tersalah bagi agreement harga asal
