2010-2014 tu memang harga rumah naik mendadak. Tapi sejak 2015 agak mendatar.

Kalau fiend uol tu beli sekitar 2012 n siap 2014-2015 tu. Memang mcm tu lah.

Amansuri Residence dulu aku pegi tgk masa memula launch starting RM450k.....

Tepuk kepala aku masa tu....igt harga bawah rm300k

Ni harap2 projek kondo utk pegawai kerajaan kat Kanchut tu jadi lah....katanya harga kompetitif

ade rare cases developer price jatuh.... contoh dekat eco majestic... intermediate rm890k masa launching... pastu earlier this year rega developer dah jatuh jadi 600k je sbb tak laku kan... then penduduk situ dpt tahu, so diorang buat petisyen beramai2 dekat developer ecoworld mintak refund.. by law  mana bleh refund, sbb SPA dah sign and diorang dah move in pun perumahan tu.. nak claim balik ape nye...

Latest i heard ecoworld nak handover next phases to other developer sbb project situ sakit... other phases tu mcm kedai2 and other facilities... kalo new developer take over means apa yg dah initially planned tu mungkin dah tak follow plan asal lah sbb dah tak tertakluk pada perjanjian developer asal..

Tu memang rare lah. Luar biasa eco world macam tu. Memang lepas ni orang ragu ragu lah nak beli dari eco world.

Dah lah byk gak project eco world ni fund by pnb. Mcm ni perangai makin jatuhlah dividen asb.

Dah la leasehold Amansuri tu kan? Double tepuk kepala.

Tahun lepas pi risik G Residence pun tepuk kepala. Harga mcm tu baik amik semi-d sebijik. Tu tak masuk lagi maintenance fee bulanan dan bil2 utility yg tinggi sbb G Residence tu commercial status. Nk beli buat airbnb tu rasa tak berbaloi. Maybe aku yg miskin dan tak mampu sbb ejen tu kata unit hat plg mahai tinggal tak byk dah aiiiii. Unit hat morah sesuai dok sorang tingkat bwh2 pun sold out aiii.

Aku teringin jugak nk dok umah sarang burung feeling urban mcm org KL (hahahaha) tp harga tak munasabah aku akhirnya beli rumah taman saja la.

Semoga hang berjaya tangkap satu unit kat Kanchut Tu nanti. Area premium tu.....freehold ka kondo pegawai kerajaan tu nanti?

Bila dia tau harga mcm tu, terus dia book. Kira untung la dia dapat harga corner lot mcm tu. Ada few things rumah dia berlainan sikit from the rest, sbb masa tu masih dlm pembinaan, dia request pekerja masa tu buatkan.

Rumah siap 2014, dia book 2013. Agak jeles gak la dia dpt harga mcm tu, tp rezeki dia kan. Rumah pun siap tanpa major issues.

Baru beli rumah hujung tahun lepas. Masa tu pun dah 50% complete. Sebelum PkP dah siap. Katanya bulan 10'dah boleh masuk. Nasib baik la jugak. Tapi adik ipar beli lagi awal dari aku, apa pun belum start progress.
