Mmg betul sejak pandemik melanda harga umah mmg jatuh..
Bukan kat area jin bertendang malah good location pun sama walau x seteruk kawasan2 jauh dari KL
Iols ada usha satu kondo di damasara perdana since 2 years ago..
Yes dlu unit size  build up 1095sqft market value was around rm600k..
Now boleh dapat rm500k-rm550k..

Any experts  can advice should i enter with this price or tunggu mana tau boleh dapat below rm500k?

Yg perasan rumah sarang burung je turun harga. Rumah landed tak ketara sgt.

Ye rasanya tiap tahun pun dgr psl harga rumah turun..
Takdenya turun..silap2 developer lg sanggup rumah tak terbeli dr turunkan harga

Ada org kat Facebook advise pulak, walaupun rumah turun harga, itu balik ke value asal je. Sbb sebelum ni developer markup harga tinggi.

I rasa bukan masalah ecoworld... yg problem is eco majestic tu sendiri sbb dia bergantung pada strategic project bangi expressway yg direct sambung putrajaya and west coast highway... tp project tu cancel.. tu yg ecomajestic jadi problem lokasi dekat dengan beranang negeri sembilan

Dah turun since sejak tahun lepas. U pilih satu taman u aim.. pastu u tengok trending actual SPA price based on transaction jual beli.. u tengok date u bleh nampak market value actual dah menurun.... tengok kat brickz.my

Melaka is overpriced now sbb bergantung pada buyer china and singaporean.. kita tengok lepas covid ni cemane... PIL i baru jual rumah derang last year kat melaka... alhamdulillah, sempat jual before covid

Kalau kerja swasta boleh dapat 100% loan.
Dan jgn lupa tgk rebate2 utk rumah pertama. Ada bank bagi rebate rm200 sebulan selama 2 tahun utk buyer muda.
Means kita bayar kurang 200.

Rumah memang akan turun sebab ekonomi merundum, permintaan akan merundum..tapi bergantung berapa banyak dipotong gaji dan dibuang kerja.. Berapa banyak bisnis survive..Iols jangka yang turun banyak stok mengalami property overhang..yang memang xlaku terutama high end la.. Tapi semua bergantung harga, jenis rumah dan lokasi yer..

la cancel ke expressway tu? bukan main duk tarah bukit2 dkt ukm tu abis flora dan fauna situ...monyet2 dah takde tempat tinggal..anjing2 liar pun sama..
