Hahaha, aku tau jenis rumah teres ni. Paling bangang, rumah teres dapor takda takat letak sinki ja kat belakang rumah tapi harga 270k ke atas.

Untuk soklan ko tu, supaya senang nak cikcur bila pi KK.

Btw, cuba ko check apartment PPA1M. Yang kat Sabah ni la paling huduh sehuduhnya. Dah la banyak masalah aku dengar. PR1MA hokeh sikit kualitinya.

yeap sinki belakang rumah, aku geleng tgk rumah dia mcm tu, pastu terbiar kosong rm300k gitu
aku beli rmh kt melaka pun nk stay jika cuti lma, xselesa duduk rmh mentua lma2, dan sian kt org rmh aku nk hadap adik beradik aku lma2
thun lepas aku beli rmh pr1ma gak rebat banyak dkt rm30k gak, tu plan backup jika jdi apa2, isteri aku balik kmpg duduk situ, dkt rmh kakak2 dia, jika x buat sewa jelah

PRIMA Kota Marudu tu ok sket Wana. Dalam 120-140k (tapi di Semenanjung rasanya dalam 108k kot apartment gitu. Tengok tempat. Melaka sure boleh dapat rega tu).

because dah lepas dpt bumi discount segala tu tetiba dia nak kasi 5% utk sign SPA, dah kenape kan, sounds like i hit the jackpot... soo i ask around and kebetulan i kenal PTD kat dalam KPKT and then i heard the reason project delay sbb issue tanah DBKL, yg still belum resolve, so thats it.. i tanak le bayar utk project yang needs another 3-4 yrs baru nak siap, loan dah kena potong this year sbb due date loan signing dah masuk 2nd yr., 3rd year dah kena bayar loan... soo i cancel it..

buat banglo 3 bilik kat bawah.... 4 bilik kat atas (utk families datang).... so most of the time u will just use the ground floor utk daily activity and kehidupan u... and make sure takde tangga2 senggat2 kat tingkat bawah so that its an "OKU friendly" house... senang nnti kita tua sok2 nak ke mana2 takde laa tersepak2 jatuh... make sure lantai bukan version licin... bilik air pun jenis tiles kena betul....

Murah lg.. Kalo kat tempat aku ni.. Rumah teres 1 tingkat je pun paling murah 350k ni yg second nye.. Kalo new lg la.. Mcm org jual rumah kat kwsn rumah aku ni paling murah skrg 450..umah dah 20thn lebih.. Ms dia org bl dl dlm 160-200k je.. Tp free hold la..

Yeap, aiol pun terfikir gitu. Bilik air, aiol fikir tanak tiles supaya tak licin. Aiol suka lantai bare simen gitu ja untuk feeling kampung yang kuat. Cuma kena polish la. Rumah parents aiol sekarang punya la tak OKU/elderly friendly. So aiol memang akan buat rumah nanti dengan set fikiran, nak rumah tu senang kulu kilir bila ai dah tua (kalau sempat tua) nanti.

Woww sis.. mmg ada selalu buat research psl  hartanah ye.. akk pun baru nk riki rmh skrg ni.. kalau rmh2 under glomac ok ke? Rege mcm munasabah slm around 400k area sg buluh..

Renovate la2 hospital kat rumah parents chuols..lps tu bilik pintu masuk kena besar..senang kalau parents kena gina hospital bed.. Nak bawa masuk senang hospital bed tu

Betul.. Ada rail senang utk org tua pegang... Dan bikik pulak tak boleh ada byk almari.. Nanti akan jadi kecik ruangan tu..

Untuk pesakit yg bedridden dan ahli keluarga x larat nak bawa pergi mandi.. Kalau ada kemampuan tambah sinki dlm bilik.. Senang sikit penjaga nak tukar air masa lap badan.

Kat sini tak jatuh lagik. Huh. Tapi apartment banyak jatuh harga. Ada satu area ni, seblom PKP paling murah 275-280k. Sekarang, 235k pon hada.
