YOGA..mampukan ia memesongkan akidah anda..bincangkan wanita2 cantik semua..

Salam semua wanita2 hebat kat sini. Nak tanya chuols semua pasal yoga. Sapa kat sini yang biasa buat senaman yoga? Sila angkat kaki...
Sebenarnya, tujuan i bukak tread ni bukan apa. Kelmarin i ada buat satu hantaran ke facebook, lebih kurang...jom kita mulakan hari dengan yoga. I ada buat yoga..folo utuber kat youtube, minah salleh. So yang pasti, tak ada pun langkah2 seperti kena sebut ommmmmm ke apa la kan. Cuma banyak gerakan kelenturan dan kesimbangan diselang seli dengan latihan pernafasan.

Then tiba2 masukla satu komen ni. Lebih kurang macam ni la ayat dia.." Tootttt (nama dirahsiakan) dulu penah pk nk join yoga jugak, tp ada christian indian colleague bgtahu, u hati2  it's one of the way shaitan wants u to believe that its just for health, nothing more.. Better u join taichi dr yoga..boleh pesongkan akidah anak2"


So...apa pandangan u semua dengan tajuk ni..

Iols pernah tgk ramai utuber kristian pun cakap yoga ni bahaya.. cer cari law of attraction testimony.. depa cakap menyesal buat yoga ni mcm kena ganggu lah.. so depa insaf then back to jesus gituuuu

klu u meditate cara yoga ; tapi baca zikir kita orang islam ...

klu u just think it as a sport ..

Tu yang jenis conservative yoga tu...sekarang banyak versi moden. Tak ada pun baca2 ni semua...Banyak concentrate bab kelenturan je..kesimbangan je..i lebih suka lihat yoga ni salah satu senaman selain daripada cardio tu semua. Bagus tau yoga ni..terutama yang dah meningkat usia. Kita makin lama makin kurang daya keseimbangan. Sebab tu banyak orang tua2 yang selalu terjatuh dan hilang keseimbangan. That's why..yoga ni i rasa yoga ni sangat bagus.

Plus..muscle kita terutamanya bahagian sendi2 pun makin kuat kalau kita selalu amalkan yoga ni..

Yoga ni mcm senaman lembut opah opah renggangkan badan kot. Masa 2017 meols join gym da join byk kelas. Dlm kelas tu ada 3 jenis yoga. Xdak pon aum aum namaste ke apa. Cikgu pon cikgu cina lain2 cikgu bagi setiap jenis yoga. Pasang lagu burung berkicauan dalam hutan. Mmg relax dan body sedap la msuk kelas ni. Masa kelas meols buat sambil zikir2 la sekali. Lepas meols da busy xde join gym dah. Cari2 kelas yoga sahaja kt luar byk cikgu india kelas hadap patung. Ha yg ni mcm takut la kan kot tersembah2 ke position yoga tu.

i do yoga every week..tapi sejak MCO..tak buat..hehehe.. sbb kitorang organize yoga class dekat office.. dah WFH, tak buat la..walaupun cikgu tu nak ngajar online.. tapi malas nye la hai dok umah ni..heheh.

back to the topic..so far I rasa takde masalah..sbb cikgu kitorang xde baca apa apa pun.. just bukak soothing music je..only the last part dia ada la kata oom..shanti gitu..means peace... masa tu iols zikir la banyak banayk...sebut La ila ha illallah banyak kali ...x ikut la apa dia kata....in fact masa yoga tu boleh zikir especially bila part cooldown tu, berzikir sampai nak tido..hehehe...

so maybe kena cari cikgu yang sesuai kot..kalau cikgu yg mmg more into mantera whatsoever elakkan kan la..basically ok je..is an exercise..

Iols tak byk pengalaman yoga. Yg kaki yoga, kawan iols dan dia staunch kristian. Kawan dia kaki pilates, dan takde pun terpesong akidah depa.
Iols pi yoga pun skali je, sbb ada dapne iking. So takde la bacaan mantera semua. Setakat exercise, stretch stretch body giteww...

Tapi ikut pengalaman juniors iols masa blaja kat uni dolu2, depa ada join skali yoga. Depa stodeng cainis mesia dan yg ajar klas tu pun stodeng cainis mesia. Depa citer mmg ada benda pelik masa yoga. Ada part yg exercise, dan ada part yg bacaan mantera. Bacaan mantera tu yg depa rase pelik sgt. Ada part yg iols ingat depa ckp instructor yoga tu suruh depa bayangkan ada bebola kat tangan, dan kendian imagine the energy of the universe mengalir dari atas, melalui tangan dan ke bebola di tangan. Ada juga depa ckp benda2 lain, tapi ni yg paling iols ingat. Instructor tu pun depa kata dah mula pelik. Depa sama baya tapi minah tu dah mula tan badan, bubuh nandek kat dahi, pakai nosering dan yg paling dasat, start tukar nama dari nama cainis kpd nama kundalini ka kunta kinte ke hapa.

So iols rasa, yoga yg takat exercise itu takde kesan. Tapi yg siap dgn bacaan2 dan kepercayaan tu, iols rase, kalau iman tak kuat, baik amik exercise lain.

Yoga ok buat ramai2 kalau sorang2 mmg lepas 10 minit terus tido kat yoga mat.

Part meditate yg muslim tu boleh tahu kut mana yg ok mana yg tak perlu ikut. Setakat dgn niat to clear your mind ok kut. Mcm masa buat corpse pose tu.

Kalau org islam solat yg khusyuk tu dah cukup. Yoga tu anggap je sejenis senaman buat stretching badan.

Since aku ade slip disc, yoga is the best exercise for me. Aku buat basic yoga je, tgk kt Youtube & my physiotherapist ajar gak steps. No mantra2. Pas buat, bdn rasa ringan.

utk balance badan... utk engage the right muscle... and supaya udara betul2 sampai kat each body parts, baru otak sihat cukup oxygen.... breathing mmg penting... kalo tengah eksesais menguap tu means oxygen tak cukup sampai ke otak... so betulkan breathing dulu..

2 tahun attend yoga class dulu. Tp xde chanting bagai. So, kita dpt the positive effect je. Badan mudah lentur, sendi x ketat, otot makin kuat.

Same here. Akak start yoga bila diagnosed with severe PID. & degenerated bagai. Yoga combined dgn pilates disamping cardio yg physiotherapist pilihkan yg bersesuaian dgn condition akak..

Antara latihan yoga .senaman melayu lama..Dan HIIT apabenda Nama senaman moden ni Ada byk gerakan yg Sama...sebab Aku berlatih semua Benda ni..jadi tahu ...yoga mmg la asal Dr Sami Buddha..dia ade mentera....nk kusyuk kat tuhan dia...Kita buat senaman niat utk sihat..sambil senam sambil zikir.....yg penting niat ko..

iol buat yoga juga kadang-kadang bila rasa stress melampau. kosong je otak iol takda nak sebut apa2  mantra or bacaan pun just focus kat muscle punya movement dan pernafasan.
