iols nak makan sedap2. tapi baru je cek kolestrol tinggi. adehhh la. muda2 dah ade kolestrol tinggi.

Kalau kat ofis lapar,bila2 je suh org belikan makanan..
Kalau kat rumah,makanlah apa yg ada di dapurr..
Tapi jrg sgt lapar diluar time makan..sbb mmg sllu mkn ikut time(kalau kat umah(..

Alhamdulillah mmg turun. Cuma kena kuat semangat je. First buat bulan july haritu sampai skrg dah lose 12kg. I makan je apa yg rasa nak makan. Tapi makan sekali sehari je (OMAD - one meal a day).

Jawapan bernas: makan. Tapi i selalu malas nak masak or keluar beli makanan. Bila jadi camtu i tido je. Order delivery pulak mahal. Masa pkp hari tu I asyik tido je end up kena gastrik terox sampai anemia. Maka kesimpulannya, rajin2 lah masak
