You buat OMAD, buka makan apa?
Sehari makan sekali sahaja kan? Tak lapar ke? Waktu buka bila?

Hai aina,
I OMAD, meal mcm biasa. Takde la suku2 separuh. I makan nasik jela biasanya sebab tahan 24 jam.

Portion mcm biasa. Tak lebih2 (untuk cover 3 meals) dan tak kurang.

Memula tu tak biasa, tapi lama2 tu ok je makan sekali sehari. Biasanya  elak lauk masin2 dan yang berkuah2 agar nasik tak bertambah

Oh ye, I makan biasanya jam 11am-12pm. Pastu minum air kosong. Kalau nk kudap2 sket, mcm seketul kuih waktu petang

Tak lapar sebab dah terbiasa jgk la.

Kan..kalau tak boleh makan sedap2...apa la gunanya hidup ini.. Gastrik kali ni tak tau kenapa. Susah sgt mau baik..dah sekeping alucid dah telan. Biasa ambik 1-2 tablet pun dah ok. Nak pg jumpa doktor ambik ubat malas la pulak...eh malas je keje..apa yang rajin tak tau la..

tak sangka pulak ada thread ni..

i ngah buat DSSS..
start dari bulan 1/7 until now.. berat dari 96.5kg now 79.45

work out.. awal2x dulu iols indoor cycling.. now jumpe rope lebih kurang 1200 skiping sehari..
4-5 kali seminggu..

first month turun banyak tu biasa.. second month.. drop sket.. third month ni pun kena banyak bersabar..

so far masih turun.. 2-3 kg.. bulan depan masuk bulan ke empat..
tak pernah lagi try IF.. maybe one day..

terbaik..i kagum betul org kuat semangat buat apa jua jenis program..i selalu hangat hangat taik ayam je..
ni tgh IF.tapi celup celup jugak..huhu...maybe sbb i takde target..and belum lagi ada masalah berat badan,,cuma i nak sihat je.. sejak MCO, i dah lama tak execrsie..dulu every week 3x .. yoga, zumba and HIIT

i buat suku2 separuh and tak berapa kontrol sgt minyak garam semua tu, semua bedal, tp kuantiti yg moderate. and selalu jugak buat omad. so far okey, cuma berat je plateau uhuk2. rasa kena eat clean kot br berat turun

Rasa nya ok kot. I dah biasa makan sikit. Asal jgn gastrik la. Sbb makan sekali sehari pun dapat bertahan.

Cuma jgn la paksa diri jugak kalau lapar sgt. Nanti masuk angin or gastrik ke. Haruu..

i pun byk buat OMAD, kalau buat OMAD kat office mmg tak makan, so far tak pernah lagi rasa kebulur ke apa sbb minum coffee or green tea., bila petang balik rumah terus makan mcm biasa. nasik semua makan, cuma air manis je tak minum. tp weekend mmg buat 16:8...makan je time weekend. tp under calories deficit juga. and weekend mmg minum manis kalau rasa teringin hehe.

Dia kata yg bagus suku suku separuh..
Sy ok je dgn SSS..IF tu kadang2 je buat sbb tak tahan la tak mkn brekpes..lapoooo naunau

i pernah buat IF.

end Dec 2018, berat i 64kg.
then masa bulan April 2019, berat 52kg.
tp lepas raya 2019, dah tak buat IF, so berat naik semula. tp max 58kg.


and now, due on PKPB, turun berat lagi.  hahaha.
