Salam korang...nak tanye ade sesape yang tau psal flat back..atau senang faham..tulang belakang tak fully curved..nak nasihat dari segi exercise maksud aku jenis exercise yg sesuai.. Do n dont..long term effects..dan ape je yang berkaitan.. Tq gais..btw aku ade flat back.. Sakit belakang..nak tido pn susa kenkadang..jalan cam mendada.. |

hmm seriously i tak pernah dengar term ini; issues with spine kah? i used to assist in spine surgery for 2-3years.
or is it flat back??? if so, selalunya lahir sebegitu.. ada la caused by trauma ke surgery ke.
ha Planking tu sangat elok. Malah NHS yg high standard ni pun recommends Planking for flatback syndrome

Sorry doc..yer flat back..pernah juga buat fisio dlu..pstu biase orang kate.. Bile ade flat back muscle depan akan macam tegang camtu..per nah xray

Tak cek.. Tapi ade gak tgk2 jenis tilam yang sesuai untuk back pain.. Rase kena tukar tilam..sbb sakit blakang.. |
