Mmg tak munasabah dibayar gaji staff wfh kalau productivity kurang atau mmg golek2 atas tilam je, staff tidak perlu dibayar penuh atau tiada gaji if tiada kerja

But if staff tu keja full 8 hrs mcm dekat ofc, harus la dibayar pada kadar penuh

Problem kat sini is monitoring.. how do u monitor ur staff  if they really work or not? Maybe kena dengar both parties la,  biz owner/bos vs staff . Based on previous mco , agaknya ramai bosses mengadu kat heols staff yg tak perform bila wfh, so logic la company potong gaji.

2 perkara ni kalau semua org faham, mmg sepatutnya tak ada issue:
1) Company is not a charity
2) Salary is paid for work done

Time2 covid ni, smua pun in survival mode, tak kira la biz owner ke, manager ke, supervisor ke or kerani cabuk. But always remember , the company comes 1st, then only staff. Contoh dah banyak depan mata, air asia, genting, air asia x, mas... if this is how , lg ramai la yg jobless sbb company will view staff as a liability, not an asset anymore.

But if chuols still rasa boss or kampeni tu zalim, boleh la prep tender notice. I’m pretty sure at times like this , that tender letter is welcome ye. Sbbnya nk buang staff lagi susah dari staff tender sendiri. Nak buang makan masa n banyak steps, tp if staff bagi surat berenti, kita just reply accept jew.. semudah 1,2,3

wfh ni beri kelebihan pd majikan tau... cost utility dpt dikurangkan...

cam iols wfh... satu apa pun tk leh claim... bil lektrik dn internet sendiri byr k..

Yg suke WFH ni mostly pkerja gomen.

Aku keja gomen tapi aku benci WFH.
Sebabnya nanti bil api aku naik mendadak sbb kena buka aircond 24/7 di rumah.

At least kalau pi opis, aku boleh layan aircond free sambil layan forum CARI & tgk youtube dari kul 9 pagi sampaik kul 5

Time macam ni staff takbleh nak complain sangat.Buat jer lah kerja.Takut dapat pulak surat cinta dari boss. Banyak untung n kebaikan wfh ni sebenarnye kalau Kita pandai manage.

Bagi staf yg wfh co(iols) ttp bayar gaji full dan juga elaun khas(sbb guna elektrik dan utiliti lain spt internet kat rumah)..
Yg tak wfh(sbb x available utk wfh mcm sstgh staf admin/kerani/reception)co tak bayar gaji(jika hari tak bekerja)dan tak ada elaun spt staf wfh cuma kita bayar jika pada hari mereka dtg ofis je(3@4 hari seminggu dan ikut hours yg kerajaan ttpkn tapi ttp bayar full sama spt normal working hours)

I lagi Rasa patut monitor yg taraf mgmt ni..time waktu keje status kat outlook nampak manjang away..tapi habis waktu keje Tu dia bertubi2 WhatsApp sampai ke Malam..esok pagi2 buta kul 7 dah msg lagi Tanya lagi soalan..then rest of the day diaorg menghilang..cam kimk je

Well..what choice do we have now?wfh n bergolek2 n loose your job or give the best n maintain the job?takde masa i nak bergolek...ni pun terasa nak bukak laptop sbb ada mende jek dlm paler...bila wfh mcm tak kenal dah weeekend..

Dah la wfh kerja without limit, macam paperwork, online meeting kena buat ko acah2 nk potong gaji. Tada otak ini org

Mentang2la rete ko makan x habes..benda2 gini pon nak berkira kat staff yg gaji ngam2 smpi ujung bulan..ingatkan bile musibah dasyat melanda dunia, golongan kaya berhatta dan ade kuasa ni bole la tunjukkan skit ciri2 baik hati..rupenye masing2 lg tunjuk belang..yg klakar nye bole ebit liew buat amal kebajikan ramai pulak rengsa dan mengata..

Bukan smua boleh wfh mcm chuols, if sememang nya staff tu tak boleh wfh mcm receptionist ke, asstn admin ke, tp di rehatkan di rumah based on covid sop company, maka tak perlu la dibayar gaji..

Time covid ni macam2 ye, ada yg full op mcm biasa, ada yg follow the book, ada yg mmg smua wfh mcm co auditor meols. Lain co lain sop nya.. but to ask ur company to pay ur salary when u r not producing any work doesn’t sound right.

nak minta ape...sbb sykt dah kuar memo syarat WFH tak bole claim apa2.

ni sumer sbb covid la kena WFH... sblm wabak ni keje opis je... sbb sykt iols mmg tak laksanakan concept WFH
