IR tu apa? sorry lah noob sikit term term yang melibatkan law ni. tapi since gaji aku atas 2k, bukan under jabatan buruh kan?

Industrial Relation Department atau Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan..sepatutnya gaji atas 2k kene repot kat cni tapi jabatan ni utk rujuk kembali kpd pekerjaan asal..
jika x dpt, syarikat kene bayar ganti rugi..harap2 dpt laa 3 bulan gaji tu walau rasa mcm berat juga notice in lieu ni utk dpt dlm keadaan syarikat rugi..
klu bole, mula2 kata nak dpt balik kerja sbb x dpt keje lain..

tak nak kerja kat situ dah sebab company tu banyak manusia psycho. haha. and memang kalau boleh nak tuntut duit gaji yang lagi 2 bulan tu je sebab dia bagi gaji sebulan je masa terminate tu.

UPDATE:

Semalam i dah pergi case hearing kat pejabat buruh. so basically lawyer defendant stated that disebabkan kita dah sign surat tawaran bekerja tu, we are bound to the company policies apa semua tu lah. tak reti nak explain much in law term. so dia kata, kitorang kena follow the rules yang termaktub dalam offer letter tersebut termasuklah yang mengatakan bahawa any changes in the employee handbook or memo or whatsoever, we are bound to agree. including the changes in termination notice from 3 months to 1 month.

masalahnya sekarang, takde satu point pun dalam surat tawaran tu yang mengatakan pasal benda tu. yang ada is banyak pasal confidentiality je. sebagai contoh, pasal kena maintain strict confidentiality at all times, tak boleh reveal company punya info pasal pricing, pasal business apa semua tu, and ada satu point tu which stating that "employee is required to execute and sign a separate confidentiality agreement" which is kitorang tak pernah pun sign.

kat sini dah nampak lah yang mungkin lawyer tu pun just main sebut je. dia duk repeat the same sentence banyak kali "kat dalam offer letter dah stated semua. so you aware atau tak, you already sign it". masalahnya memang banyak kali kitorang baca, tak ada. kitorang pergi jumpa lawyer and mintak pendapat, dia sendiri pun cakap tak jumpa pun mana part yang cakap macam tu dalam surat tawaran kitorang.

so i send an email, requesting them to provide employee handbook yang dikatakan tu, dan provide proof yang kitorang ada agree dengan semua tu. lepas tu lawyer tu reply, dia kata dia akan disclose documents tu hanya atas perintah mahkamah, which is dia nak kitorang masuk perbicaraan tu lah.

so next step belum tahu lagi apa nak buat ni.
