ho yeahhhhhhhh.. right now u boleh cheese choose rumah mana ebst cantik2 u nak sewa... dah WFH kan, tak perlu masuk ofis punnnn... boleh set home office depan laman with pooll.. nice weyyy... kalo landlord nak demand naik sewa, ko blah je cari lain.. let them SUBSIDIZE uolzzzzzz.. depa patut bersyukur kita dah tolong turunkan monthly commitment diorang dari bleeding too much

Yg marhain nak bayar loan rumah 200k montlhy 1k pun semput....

untung invest dalam property ni masa flip jual je... buat 200k per house/apartment/kondo... tp nak flip nya before 2019, bukan sekarang.. now dah missed the boat dah... pi cari investment option lain la for now...

ASB1 dan ASB2 kena full kan... and now Amanah Hartanah Bumiputra (AHB) under maybank asset management dah available for investment, better cepat2 bank in sebelum fund ni penuh balik... i dah boleh war2 kisah AHB fund available sbb kitorang dah selamat sumbat capai target kitorang last week.. ahahha sorry, i kena make sure target investment kiotrang secure dulu baru bleh bgtau orang... so nampak tak.. sifu investment ni betul ke ikhlas  nak korang kaya? better diorang secure diri sendiri je

Tips akak... kalau kontrak habes, cari rumah lain yg baru2 sket lebih cantek ada oven, aircond baru, perkasa moden....
Biar owner dia yg maintain harta karun dia tuuu.

satu sebab je kenapa aku ada property di lembah klang ni- bapak aku belikan

nak mengharapkan duit gaji aku yang ciput ni memang tak mampu langsung...sebelum covid sempat riki2 apartment luar petaling, menangis tengok rege apartment cinonet lebih 300k..

lebih sakit hati bila buka forum, buka socmed baca golongan2 kapitalis punya bangga beli rumah murah kemudian buat sewa..rumah murah tu untuk orang2 gaji ciput macam aku, bukannya untuk orang2 kaya macam kau, lahanat..

kalau u dah ada financial planning and still 10-20% way to go.. stick to it.. jangan gataiiii noh nak buat commitment baru.. i pun stakat sembang je dalam ni nak beli nak beli rumah, tp i tak beli pun.. duduk je rumah yang mana ada skang ni.. syukur alhamdulillah.... buat apa kita jadi bodoh buat commitment yang takde hasil.. stakat nak fill nafsu? utamakan your planning ya... kita yang tentukan nak happy atau nak serabut

bercucuk tanam dalam pasu pun best apooooo asalkan ada hasil.. kot ada garden laman luas, dah nak kena upah gardener datang cuci kebun dan laman once every 2 weeks.. itu pun cost weyyy... i ni setakat  siram pokok baja pokok tabur2 iols rajin lagi.. potong rumput bersih kebun sorry naik lorry lah

penyewa from hell yang husband i pernah hadap is from nigeria.. serius apartment yang helok2 kejiranan.. tp rumah tu cam ghetto je... gila takut masa nak halau depa keluar.. mujur laki iols 182 cm.. sama tinggi je puak2 depa... takuuttt weyyy

dlm keadaan pandemik sekarang
memang yg ada byk rumah
terkesan
nak cari pembeli pun susah
nak cari penyewa pun susah

bank bukan kira tu semua
janji bulan2 kena byr mcm biasa loan

korang boleh nmpk geng2 property ni
sama mcm geng2 O&G dulu2
dh kureng nk update lifestyle dlm sosial media

compare with ASB1 AHB ni lagi tinggi ke dividen?
and nk kena ada akaun maybank dulu ke baru boleh masuk AHB under Maybank?
