you must get a valid id from other ps2 first (using the id changer disk)
but nobody going to give you their ps2 id
you must get from a broken ps2 or your friends ps2 that not use for online
or try using random id?
before changing, always copy down your original id
then change to id that you get from other ps2
about the id changer program, you have to find it yourself, cant help you
i think id changer only work on model v8 (39006) or older
again, it is too risky to do that
since you able to order NA from ebay, why not buy a cheap old ps2 from there? (US version)

hi help..sorry i couldnt answer the phone yesterday..i left the phone in my house..ok..for the mashine id changer..u have to find a machine that is NOT taken online YET..i suggest you to google it or seek help in other forums..like :

could you send me the steps to burn the id changer disc? |

unzip the downloaded file, u will have 2 files..img file and cue file.. right the cue file, click open with nero...then it should start burning.. |
