mmg sedap malah para tetamu yg merasa makan brownies tersebut pun kata sedap dan moist..anis buat masa open house raya beberapa tahun yg lepas...rasa dia cukup...nanti nak buat lagi la...

brownies akan jadi macam kek,kering kalau terlebih bakar..kalau i buat brownies,i tak ikut sangat berapa lama nak bakar mcm dalam resepi.sebab oven ni perangai lain2,pastu pan yang kita guna untuk bakar pun maybe lain..contohnya resepi pakai 8 inch pan,kita pakai 10 inch pan,mesti la timing untuk bakar tak sama.

i akan keluarkan brownies bila atas brownies tu da nampak masak tapi bila goyang pan bawah tu macam bergerak sikit..pastu i cucuk ,keluar brownies crumb yang basah sikit,i terus keluarkan dari oven..kalau lambat nanti jadi mcm kek

i guna recipe ni kalau nak buat brownies..memang sedap,gooey,rasa macam brownies mahal..this is what brownies should be..

everyday brownies--nigella lawson

1 1/4 sticks (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
About 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped into small nuggety chunks (or 1 cup chips)
Confectioners' sugar, to dust, optional

Special Equipment: Aluminium foil-lined baking pan or foil pan, about 13 x 9 x 2 inches
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Melt the butter over a gentle heat in a medium-sized saucepan.


When it's melted, add the sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon (still over a low heat) to help it blend with the melted butter.
Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and pinch of salt, and then stir into the pan; when mixed (this will be a very dry mixture, and not wholly blended at this stage), remove from the heat.
In a bowl or jug, whisk the eggs with the vanilla extract and then mix into the brownie mixture in the pan.
Stir in the chopped chocolate and quickly pour and scrape into a foil-lined baking tin or disposable foil pan, spreading the mixture with a spatula, and cook in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. It will look set, dark and dry on top, but when you feel the surface, you will sense it is still wibbly underneath and a cake tester will come out gungy. This is desirable.

boleh...kak anis terjemahkan guna bahasa yg mudah difahami yer..

Mocha Orange Brownies

Bahan -Bahan

1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum, diayak
2/3 cawan serbuk koko ( guna 1/2 cwn je)
1 sudu makan serbuk kopi
1 1/2 cawan gula kastor (guna 1 cwn je)
  250gm mentega, dilembutkan/dicairkan (nak guna marjerin pun boleh)
4 biji telur, dipukul manja
1 sudu makan esen vanilla (guna 1 sudu teh jer )
1 biji oren, diperah airnya dlm 1/2 cawan, kulit oren diparut.
1 cawan campuran coklat chip -yg warna putih & hitam tu  (guna 3/4 cawan coklat chips)

Cara buat

1 ) Dlm mangkuk, campurkan semua bahan2 kecuali jus oren, parutan kulit oren dan coklat chips. Pukul guna mixer dgn kelajuan sederhana sehingga semua bahan sebati.
2) Masukkan jus oren + parutan kulit oren dan gaul rata
3) masukkan coklat chips dan gaul rata
4) masukkan dlm tray/dulang pembakar yang telah dialas dgn kertas baking.
5) bakar lebih kurang 25 minit @170 deg cel.
6) keluarkan dari oven, biarkan lebih kurang 5 minit dan bolehlah keluarkan dari loyang pembakar dan disejukkan di wire rack
7)Tuangkan diatasnya dgn choc frosting dan ratakan...sedia utk dimakan..

Choc Frosting:

200gm dark choc
1/4 cwn whip cream
1 sudu makan serbuk kopi
* campur semua dlm mangkuk dan masukkan dlm microwave selama 1 minit  (high button). Keluarkan dan kacau rata sehingga ia jadi choc frosting yg cantik atau kalau tak ada microwave boleh lah buat double-boil...

kak anis buat tu ari...kak anis pun x bagi serbuk kopi...rasa dia sedap jerr...yaa..oren sunkist..kalau ada nescafe..leh masukkan sket...bagi harum...kalau ada milo pun ok....
