My salmon steak is sooooooo simple.
Daging ikan salmon dicuci dan lap dgn paper towel. Potong dadu. Taburkan garam & lada hitam
Lidi sate
Green Peppers dua tiga biji
White onions

sos tu very simple jer.

Yang atas tu plain sos,
half onion (diced)
2 sudu butter
1 tsp gula
half lemon juice
Sedikit garlic powder
1/3 cawan air
Sedikit black pepper (kalau suka Asian taste tukar to cili padi dalam 2 biji (dipotong kecik)
garam

Melted butter, kemudian masukkan  onion. Goreng sampai layu sikit. Masukkan air & gula & garlic powder & garam & pepper. Dah nampak macam pekat sikit boleh perah lemon juice & tuang atas salmon. Rasa dia ada sweet, sour & spicy.

Mayonise sos
3 egg yolk
3 tsp olive oil
half lemon juice
sedikit garlic powder
sedikit garam
sedikit black pepper
sedikit parsley dicincang halus

Whisk egg yolk. Boleh gunakan mixer. Lepas dah sebati masukkan sedikit demi sedikit olive oil sambil keep mixing. Kemudian boleh masukkan semua bahan lain dan diakhiri dengan parsley.

Sos tu buat sendiri. Say no to perencah segera hahahaaaa lawaklah konon. Sebenarnya dah macam2 cara Min try buat black pepper sos ni. finally Min rasa macam ni ok & kena ngan selera.

Black pepper sos
half onion (diced)
garlic powder
ginger powder
half tsp corriander powder
quarter tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper
half chicken cube
1 spoon flour
garam
salt
1 cup water
sedikit kicap
butter

Melted butter, kemudian masukkan onion, goreng sampai layu sikit. Masukkan flour, whisk sampai keperangan sambil guna api yang perlahan. kemudian masukkan air & semua bahan lain. biarkan ia pekat sebelum dituang ke atas lamb.

Kalau nak cepat & tak nak guna flour, boleh gunakan tepung jagung tapi hendaklah dibancuh dengan air dan dimasukkan last sekali.

Pasta & Salmon for my Selasa dinner

Pasta utk dua orang makan  - rebus dlm air panas yg telah dicampur garam. rebus sampai lembut (not too soft - tak sedap)
Tomato dices satu tin
Olive Oil - dua sudu besar
Bawang putih - dua tiga ulas

Bubuh olive oil dlm pan > goreng bawang putih ... biarkan sebentar> masukkan tomato dices > kacau kacau > masukkan dry herbs yang anda anda. Kacau kacau lagi. Bila agak pekat masukkan pasta. Kacau kacau dlm 5 minit - angkat lah.

Salmon dibakar dlm oven. 350F utk 15 minit.

sorry lambat reply...
lepas dah masak kentang tu rupa masih macam yang lepas direbus...tak hancur atau lembik...masih boleh rasa the kentang punya texture...cuma berendam dalam sauce/soup...

kalau nak kering skit...kurangkan the creamed soup dan fresh milk...

Ini my style, simple jer

White Sauce
1/2 biji bawang besar (dipotong dadu)
1/2 cup single cream
1 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 spoon flour
salt & black peper
3 spoon butter

Cairkan butter, tumiskan bawang kemudian masukkan fresh milk, flour, cream, salt & peper & kacau sampai pekat.

Plat, dah terlanjur jumpa thread ni, nak tanya la, mmg adat cornmeal ke sebelum guna tu rebus dulu?  Kita penah cuba buat cornmeal muffin tapi dlm resipi tu tak suruh rebus atau rendam... bila muffin siap, kita makan rasa cam berpasir gitu sbb cornmeal tu mmg cam pasir keras diakan...

ni ekceli nak masuk thread masakan udang ke kat sini ek?

udang ni mmg sedap banget!! cara buat pon senang ajek...

udang tu belah dua then grill... sambil2 tu buat sos dia--soy sauce, honey+minyak bawang putih... nampak udang tu dah masak sket, renjis sos tadi... simpan setengah untuk curahkan atas udang bila dah siap masak...
