Streamyx connection problem..need help fast

not sure what's the exact problem but I couldn't connect to Streamyx thru my PC...

tried with two ethernet ports but same result..

mostly it says invalid username/password...,remote computer did not respond


strangely,I can connect my xbox360 console thru the same modem,username,password without any probs

plz advice.thanks

do u use a dial-up dialer or router dialer?
if u use a dialer, delete the dialer and create new dialer and connect.
