Ada sesapa yang pi gym??? hubby kitty tengah survey gym mana yang best.. skang nih dia aim True Fitness.. tapi dia nak survey gak mana yang lagi murah.. pasal dia nak wat badan jer.. tak mo lah yang lenlain mcm yoga & dance tu klo cycling tau body combat tu okeh ... meh sini citer sikit pasal gym yang korang pergi.. |

tulah payment dia cemana... cash ker?? kedit kad ker?? pasal mcm kat true fitness tu dia bergantung pd promotion ..cthnya ada promo yang sekali ngan yoga ada without yoga.. peh tu bayar of course kena calarkan kad.. ada yang bayar bulan2 (yang zero intrest tu) ada yang bayar sekali gus ngan free 1 year subscription.. mcm lah.. hehe klo bleh yang murah2 cukup lah...
even boleh buat kat umah tapi klo tak betul cara penggunaan dia tak berkesan jugak.. tade lah hasilnya... kan..kan...kan.. |

payment cam biasa la cc or cash..ada setengah gym wat promotion now include package yg kita nak..ada package body builder dan slimming programme..depends pada kita punya intention..the first place instructor tu akan tanya which programme u are interested..registration fees for alive..monthly payment depends pada package yg u nak...for men baik pilih yg work out dan weight programme..belly dancing,yoga and salsa:no: |

pemilihan gym depend ngan byk factor, paling penting need. kat malaysia ni kalau nak bdn cam sazali x bleh main kat commercial gym. unless u hv partner yg saling push u(for a starter). jrg tgk yg main kat commercial gym ni menjadi bdn dia. dari 100%, adala 1-2% yg jd kut. problem commercial gym kat malaysia ni kurang trainer bagus yg boleh jdkan u besar. kebanyakan utk weight loss kut. tu sbb trainer kecik2. n masalah 1 lg, kena byr tinggi utk trainer.
gym dah jd 1 lifestyle yg mana org ke gym utk sosialis. dorang dah lupa tujuan utama ke gym. kebanyakan akan pilih commercial gym yg mana lebih selesa, of coz. i sometime workout in True Fitness but i prefer workout in small gym. different environment. i can lift heavier. |

swimming pun salah satu sukan yg baik yg di suggest kan oleh pakar pakar kesihatan..maintain la sport tue kay..kdg kdg yg ada stamina nie tak semestinya ahli ahli sukan jerk..tp org biasa mcm kita tapi maintain sport..tak kisah even satu sport sekalipun tp di buat kerap..saya ada sorg kawan masa sekolah dulu, dia bukan sportman, time tue tak mampu nak bayar fare utk ke gym o what ever..tp setiap mlm dia maintain sit up...mmg badan dia ada shape hasil dr sip up yg kerap..so kesimpulannya, sport apa pun yg kita buat..buat tak leh la hangat hangat tahi ayam kan.. |

``aku pon pernah teragak nak join gym camtuh.. tapi lps pk2 semula, cancelled...

kitty...lady sbnrnya baru belajar berenang jer sejak beberapa bulan ni....
dulu ingat berenang ni cam susah sgt...
but skrg ni macam2 style boleh buat dah hehehe
sbnrnya bila kita kat dalam air badan kita ni naturally akan timbul...dont panic n jangan sesekali keraskan badan lam air...
lembutkan badan n naturally u akan timbul....
bila dah pandai apungkan diri u kuak jer tangan ngan kaki...nak kuak kaki saje boleh tangan saje pun boleh...n u akan dapat rasa movement tu....
u tak akan tenggelam dalam sbnrnya....sbb bila swim i try to dive deep into the water pun susah tau....
sbb kita akan mmg timsul dgn sdirinya....
tapi kalau nak swim elok la pakai swim suit....
jangan pakai tshirt or suar panjang sbb beratkan badan jer nanti n ganggu nak swin....
bila pakai swim suit yg lekap kat badan ni...air akan lalu smoth jer kat badan kita n kita boleh bergerak laju macam peluru jer dalam air.....
salah satu aktiviti yg menenangkan ialah swimming....
so start practicing....
blajar kawal pernafasan....kalau slalu swim body pun slim nanti...
as for me i try to make it 3 a week....
lepas tu rasa ringan jer badan...rasa fresh....u akan rasa tenang jer bila swin .... |
