centrino skang ni boleh dapat dlm RM1900. toshiba lak tu....kalau berkenan dan ada niat suci nak beli, RU boleh rekomen 1 mamat kat low yat ni. dia ni kira ok gak lah (so far leee). jujur....

tak ingat ler model ape...tapi banyak gak jenama yang dalm budjet ni...NEC, ACER, Toshiba, compaq...tu je lah yang teringat takt ni

kalau AMD 2.0 tu memang banyak yang dalam price range ni...kalau celeron dapt yang 1.6G ler...

aku slalu promot customer aku amik acer , tambah RM99 utk tambah waranti 2 tahun. total waranti = 3 tahun.

ikut selera dan budget memasing....RU tak rasa yang thread starter ni nak cari lappie yang lebih RM2K kot. pasal dia ada highlight.."janji murah".

i think having a warranty is a must for laptop. kalau kena yang elok...3 tahun pun tak rosak...tapi kalau kena yang problem, tak sampai 1 hari dah jumpa byk problem...:@

Kalau untuk graphic designer, aku suggest ko tak amik laptop celeron. Walaupun ngan RAM 2GB pun ko bukak Photoshop ngan Illustrator computer ko terus turun gear 2. Nak tukar2 window antara PS ngan IL pun lembab.

Ko kenalah belanja kurang2 rm2500 untuk laptop 2nd hand yang high-specs sket.

Seriously, laptop tak sesuai untuk graphic designer... sebab dia muat satu HDD jer... ko sebenarnya perlu 2nd HDD for scratch disk (Photoshop/Illustrator) for optimal performance/speed. And, of course, screen size limited.

unless dia ambik dell xps m2010. boleh support 2 hard drive, up to 120 GB each. but, it's a desktop replacement. no bag needed. the laptop itself is designed like a bag (briefcase). habis gaji sebulan.

Processor Celeron tak berapa power (actually tak power langsung) bila nak multi-tasking. Dia tu kirakan low-end P4.

PC laptop pun ada yang dual core gak... and kalau compare side-by-side ngan mac yang sama specs, harga Mac lebih. Ngan duit lebih tu ko boleh tambah external DVDR ngan LCD 17" as second monitor for PC laptop tu.

Multi-tasking ni maknanya macam ko nak guna banyak2 software sekaligus... macam run Photoshop dengan Illustrator sekali... buat design kat dalam Illustrator, kemudian export masuk Photoshop buat edit sket, then balik ke Illustrator tambah benda, balik ke photoshop edit lagi etc. Pastu background ko dok main mp3 music guna Winamp. And also ko tengah bukak Firefox tengah browse Cari forum ni. Tu lah multi-tasking.

Celeron processor tu kureng sket bila bab multi-tasking ni. Dia tak berapa power bila nak buat computations bebanyak sekaligus - Photoshop ngan Illustrator tu memang gegiler guna processor bila run.

Fikir camni - Ko nak angkat tv 29" dalam kereta ko yang dah ada 3 orang gemuk dalam tu sambil bawak laju tapi ko ada Kancil. Letak tv tu kat tempat sorang passenger, letak 3 orang gemuk tu, pastu teran sampai giler nak dapat laju. Payah kan camtu? Kan ke lebih baik dan senang kalau ko bawak pajero? :hmm:
