few days ni saya ada rasa susah nak bernafas.mcm x dpt nafas dengan puas.macam x lepas jer biler tarik nafas.so pergi jumpa doktor semalam..and she said heart beat saya laju..x normal..dah check jantung xde masalah. doktor ber ubat propranolol yang i think to slow kan heart beat tu kot..and..then after 2 weeks nnt kena dtg balik tuk wat ujian darah..pasal propranolol tu..
i check kat internet..the propranolol tu tuk sakit tekanan darah tinggi..

so ada sapa2 tak yang pernah alami macam yang saya sedang alami ni?..heart beat laju..takut jugak bila tetibe jadik macam ni..

yup....aku kena....tarik nafas tak selesa...rasa cam berat...

denyutan nadi laju, waktu tu 110, buat ecg, resulnya svt, selainnya normal...

aku tak sedap hati, mkin aku nk buat e-co atau stress test.. (betul ke aku eja)....takut gak kena serangan jantung....sebab history family ada yg meninggal akibat serangan jantung walaupun masih muda...

doc ckap aku mkin ambil ubat norvask yang ada sedikit kesan sampingan iaitu palpilation tu....


skang ni kalu naik tangga pun aku mengah....bila mengah, jantung rasa laju n lambat nak slow down...

entah lah buat masa skarang aku bertawakkal jer lah....

naiza..yeker mmg svt ek?..risau nyer camni..saya pon sama cam awak..naik tangga jer mengah..pastu jantung bukan main laju..lambat nk slow ...kadang2 smpi gi toilet jap..nk redakan debar2 tu dlu b4 gi jumpe org..kang org ckp ape lak berdebar2 ni..hahaha..start rase mengah2 naik tangga tu mase pertengahan taun 2005.pastu smpi skrg camtu..haih neves lak nk gi test darah 17/4 nih..

palpilation tu ape?..masalah debar2 ni ker?

check darah tuk make sure u takde tyroid prob, coz tyroid pun one of the factor jantung laju.
propanalol tu u makan 40mg daily kan?
color pink? inderal?

kat ECG doc ckp tak normal? then doc ckp apa? maybe SVT
supraventricular tachycardia. one of your bit yg bagi arus electric tu short.

ur simptom mcm SVT..

u buat dulu test2 ni

blood test - tuk make sure u free from tyroid. tp normally kalau u ada tyroid prob u akan berpeluh

ECG- normally from ECG doc blh check which part of ur jantung yang ada prob

ECHOCARDIOGRAM- scan jantung u so doc leh view which part kat jantung yg ada masalah from echo doc blh check, size jantung u ventrikel kiri, kana arteri, flow of ur blood..blh view injap2 jantung u function atau tak

STRESS TEST- b4 stress test doc akan buat echo tuk make sure u can do this test, stress test tuk check beat jantung u dlm keadaan exercise.. ada 3 stage << all stage 9 min each stage for 3 min, u kena completekan jln atas treadmil ni for 9 mins tuk normal..if u fail one of this test then u tak normal la..mula2 u kena jln slow2 dulu then dorang akan tambahkan speed...so kat situ blh tgk ECG jantung u.. SVT blh detect time ni

HOLTER MINITORING- ni ada byk nama u leh google, but yg i tau holter monitoring, 24 hour ECG monitoring, it looks like a walkman yg u leh carry, ada 4 lead yg dorang akan stick kat dada u, then blh view ur heart beat for 24 hours, tp since doc ckp kat ECG normal yg u buat dah ada prob then u just show ur result ECG kat doc hospital


cost untuk buat semua test2 ni blh tahan jugak,tuk private hosp, kalau gov i tak sure.tapi tuk satu test je lebih kurang rm350 for echo,rm 320  stress test
blood test maybe dlm rm100
holter rm200++

echo n stress test u blh buat at the same day n u can get the result at the same day, but this is only at private hosp, gov u have to q n wait for u turn, maybe dlm seminggu dua.

propanolol tak digalakkan makan kalau u still young coz u have to take it for the whole life, u cant skip n u cant stop without consult ur doc.so becarefull n pls aware of any symptoms or any irregular heart beat.

n pronolol ada side effect, antaranya dizzy, susah nak tido, nightmare for some case, u tak blh ambik caffein n propanolol

n ambik ubat for the whole life n u still 22 years old, u kena igt pengambilan ubat yg kerap ada effect pd hati/live and buah pinggang/kidney
so make sure if u take propanolol for a long term make sure u sll buat blood test ok?

bila u tau u ada SVT what did ur doc said kat u?

taking propanolol just control ur arythmia jantung, tapi kalau u still muda, u nak ambik ubat tu for the whole life?
SVT stand for Supraventricular Tachycardia..
it means.. tekanan kuat/laju pada ventrikel u..tachycardia is denyutan yang laju.

if u take propanolol u tak leh stop sbb u dah depends pd ubat tuk control otot jantung u, so u mmg kena ambik ubat tak blh skip.

but tuk sembuhkan ur SVT u blh buat RFA, radio frequency ablation

SVT means ada satu titik/node pd aliran arus electric pd jantung u yg ada masalah, so untuk betulkan balik doc akan bagi satu electric shock pd bit yg prob tu.but of coz they will find which bit yg prob..sbb kalau slh bit blh membahayakan u.

A special procedure called radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has been developed as an alternative to medication to treat many patients with SVT. During this procedure, special plastic tubes called catheters are inserted into a vein into the upper leg/groin area and are advanced to the heart using a fluoroscope. The catheters are used to record electrical signals from inside the heart. They can locate precisely the site from which the SVT originates. norvasc 10 mg...dh 9 bln amik...sblm ni ubat lain..i jumpa dr kat sjmc...every 3 mth check up...plus amik ubat utk 3 bln la...
i dh buat full check up...terasuk ct scan...as per report...i'm ok...
umur skrg 32..apa side effect ubat ni...cuma doktor x bg stop ubat
takut la.....tp i dok tgk my bp x le tinggi sgt...
ubat ni pun  kadang skip, rasa ok jer...

blh doktor terangkan dlm  bahasa yg saya senang nk paham la...tq dr

ECG tu dah wat..yang lekat2 kat dada tu..pastu kuar graf tu kan..doc kate jantung xde masalah..normal..tp dia tulis something..HR = 108..ape HR tu ek?..x paham lak term HR tu.

doc kasi i penadol..ngan propranolol HCl 40mg..haah kaler pink tu..for 2 week nyer..fes week mkn sebijik sehari..second week mkn half sehari..tp i x mkn satu bijik pon..i takut cos ibu ckp ubat tu kalau mkn xleh berhenti mkn..nnt lagi worst..and i check gak kat internet..mmg xleh benti mkn...u pon dh confirm kan..nasib baik i x mkn..kire skrg ni i tak ambil ape2 ubat.

umur 22 tahun..i mmg takut nk amek ubat2 pill skrg nih..even penadol..cos my ayah..skrg buah pinggang x function kena buat dialisis..punca dia adalah kerana ubat2 yang dia mkn tuk penyakit darah tinggi..serious..doc yang ckp..sbb those ubat sme x hancur..sme terperap dlm kidney..sian ayah..

17/4 nih wat blood test lak..neves sgt!

btul ker kalau ada tyroid akan asyik berpeluh? lately nih mmg  kerap berpeluh betul..tp xde lak rase leher bengkak..

Dear friends,

kalau ada palpitation jgn tunggu lama2. pergi kat any heart center so that you don't waste time and money from one place to another buat this test and that test.

if you worry about cost, get a govt doctor to write a referral to any govt heart center(hospital pulau pinang/hospital JB/hospital kuching/husm/hukm/ummc/ijn. gomen tanggung fully in all those spital except ijn where it's subsidised according to your income.
