{MERGED}Mcm mana nak naikkan berat badan..?

agak2 nya macam mana yeh nak naik kan berat badan supaya jadik berisi sikit..nak kata makan tak banyak, mmg makan cukup segala..tapi badan ni still susah nak naikkan sikit..any idea ??

hehehe takpe2..tapi kalau ada any idea utk naikkan berat badan jgn lupa share ya..wanie ni agak kurus lah jugak..suka sgt kalau dapat naikkan skit berat badan ni biar jadik nmpk berisi skit..

I nie pun kategori kurus gak. Org kata lps kawin brt naik. Tapi mcm tu gak..... lps bersalin makin kurus ada la sampai brt bwh 40kg. Ditambah plak keturunan ada yg kurus, ikut gen bapak kot!
Tp sejak amik B'Young Gold bdn naik skit. Sekrg nie brt dah 44kg. Ok la tu! Tapi tu pun masih kurus lg. Fungsi B'Young ni seimbangkan brt bdn.
Sambil amik B'young selalu la bersenam. Bersenam bukan shj menyihatkan bdn malah bole naikkan brt bdn jugak. Sebab lps bersenam tu mesti lapar nye.

Wanie, btul ke awk nie kategori kurus? Kalau kategori berat ideal dah ok la tu! Tak yah la naikkan lg.

Kat mana  nak dapat product BYoung Gold tu? Helang pun ada masalah kurus. Especially lepas bersalin dan jaga anak yang aktif.. kalau boleh nak naikkan berat badan sket to 45kg or 46kg.

berat lala biasanya 43-45 kg sahaja...pahtu teringin nak tambah kan berat badan..makan banyak tetap keding....pahtu dalam tak sedor haku duk makan pizza pahtu roti jon....kebab....tiap2 malam tuh ler makanan aku..nasi tak makan....pahtu burger...tutututut sebulan naik mengejut wooo 4kg naik hahha sekarang dah 49.9kg  tapi tetap nampak keding

member 1 opis ayu orangnya kecik jer..
sekarang dia dah naik 3kg.
memang dia nak naikan badan... so dia banyakan `makan`..

kategori kurus lah jugak..tggi wanie dlm 163 cm tapi berat dlm 45 kg je..wanie lagi prefer kalau badan wanie berisi2 jadik bila pakai apa2 baju pun nampak cantik..takder lah nampak keding jek..

Tapi kan ayu, masalah nya wanie ni kuat makan gak orang nya tau..tapi ssh jugak nak naik berat badan..smpi ada satu tahap tu sbb nak naikkan berat badan ni, wanie makan then trus tdo..naik lah skit berat ni .tapi kan tak bagus utk kesihatan kalau buat macam tu..tu masalah nya
