aku first time nak gi gym..memandangkan perut da maju kedepan n stamina yang merudum..so u all ade advise tuk first timer tak? kongsi skit..tentang harga, kemudahan, kesesuaian ke.. |

yup,setuju dgn soalan ifanonline. nak join gym kene pg tpt yang plg accessible, either from ur hse or office. klu jauh,tak berapa lama nanti mesti tak semangat dah pg.
and,somemore. depends on which type of gym u nak join. Klu join jenis commercial gym (Fitness 1st,celeb fitness,california) usually derang akan bg 2 free personal trainer (PT) session. pastu pandai2 nak buat mcm mana pun. and derang pun akan jual session ni kat korang,klu interested nak beli. mostly ranging dlm rm1500 utk 12sesi.
klu join conventional gym (y kecik2,persendirian punya) biasanye org2 kat sana very helpful. boleh mintak tlg sesape.
mostly gym ranging harga akan lebih kurang. the one that ive join is commercial gym, so likely klua duit dlm rm150/mth. kemudahan semua lebih kurang je. cuma kat commercial gym nih byk classes. klu nak join yoga,pilates, or any dance/aerobic classes. and even ada group weight training- mcm body pump. for a start, klu nak join FF, pls spare ur money around rm600. klu y lain,mcm celeb,lebih kurang rm300.

and 1 more thing, better cr somebody y join kat mana2 y u interested. sbb sometimes, derang ada special pricing. mcm waived fees mcm tu. kekadang walk-in itu ikut nasib la,dpt mahal ke murah.
and klu walk in,derang ni suka push sales. mcm nak paksa u join hari tu jugak. klu tak join,kira mcm fees pasni lagi mahal. tp takyah cayela. itu mainan marketing shj. |

bagi sesiapa yang nak join gym especially Fitness First kt IOI Mall, Puchong, cuba tanya utk program yg utk short term. For instance, aku baru je sign up for 3months membership dekat FF. Untuk join aku byr RM99 for joinning fees, RM 49 for administration fees, and RM 49 utk dues (start from 19/2-29/2). Monthly korang akan bayar Rm175. So if u think u can afford the cost and ur goal is to reduce weight, keep fit, and etc.. no harm for joining. Aku punya goal is to reduce tummy size, sekarang ni 40" . and aku cuba utk kurangkan dalam 7-8" dalam masa 3 bulan ni, including jgk burn fat around 10kg, currently fat weight aku 25kg. |

good luck, dulu aku ambik 5 bulan nak turun dr 38 ker 32.. first 2 month mcm tak turun sgt waistline nih.. tp lepas tuh dia turun constantly, skrg maintain 31, talipinggang dah tukar dua kali..
tp masalah aku skrg adalah selulit aduuuuh |

thanks, mcmane dengan cara pemakanan tetiap ari ye? mcm aku, breakfast makan roti 2 bungkus, ala, yg kecik2 tuh, mcm roti coklat or sardin. then lunch aku mkn nasi ayam biasanya, mlm aku dh xmkn, minum cuma air suam aje. petang2 aku g gym, pas g gym stkt minum ajelah,mkn x smpilah esok pg nya plak, itu lah rutin aku setiap hari. agak2 membantu ker utk kurangkan masalah aku nih |

ok jer diet cam tuh.. breakfast tuh ok, cuma pay more attention to lower Glycemic Index food.. so ganti white bread to wholewheat bread (gardenia warna hijau).. rich in fiber.. so makan sikit rasa kenyang & tahan lama.. byk minum air..
tghhari nasik ayam mmg ok, cuma ambik bhgn dada jgn makan kulit (lemak dh byk buat ape nak tambah lagi kann..)
elakkan makan makanan yg kuantiti nye sikit, kalori jer yg byk.. spt roti canai/roti telur/nasik goreng/mee goreng and the family...
part pemakanan.. takyah pening2.. nasik sumer boleh makan cuma kurangkan amount.. kurang sikit dari "berhenti sebelum kenyang.." dlm 1/2 ker 2/3 pinggan normal.. kalu std mamak 1/2 jer.. bykkan sayur air.. pilih ikan/ayam gulai (bukan deep fried).. sebelum lunch or dinner, minum air suam segelas dua utk elakkan termakan byk..
pastu malam byk makan buah, paling murang pisang lah, oren, apple, kiwi, dragonfruit.. nak buat smoothies pon boleh.. blend 2-3 jenis buah ngan susu segar + ais 3-4 ketul.. nak campur ribena ker sunquick pon sedap.. |

sebenarnye, untuk weight loss diet nih pelik sket.. tahan makan tak boleh jugak.. makan terlebih pon tak boleh jugak..
bila tahan makan, perut berbunyi2 lapar, otak kita akan hantar signal ke sistem badan to slow down the metabolism sbb we're running out of fuel.. pon tak guna jugak..
terlebih makan pon lagi masalah, otak akan hantar signal ke sistem badan to store the extra fuel into glycogen (fat).
So my advise is, in between breakfast to Lunch, and in between Lunch to Dinner, kunyah lah ape2 roti ker, kacang ker buah2an etc (asalkan bukan junk food - yg byk polysaturated fat, hydrogenated fat or trans fat), jgn sampai lapar sgt, maintain your metabolism at highest level.
ambik extra supplement - multivitamins or fish oil can accelerate fat loss jugak.
byk berjalan (brisk walk).. continuous at least 15minutes, kalu dapt 30minutes.. lg cepat dpt result. |

emm gym jumpe tapi hampeh laa..naseb bek amik untuk test je..yang jaga budak kecik yang lengan dia besar handle moto je..huhu..igt nak cari yang lebih profesional la yg jaga gym.. |
