printer x tau pc mane yg print..(Guest)?

pc dkt ofis I gune sharing..I can monitor all print status via my pc..tp kenape bile pc pc tertentu tu print,dia x kuar nama pc (dkt Owner),yg dia kuar perkataan "Guest"..sebelum nie kalau ade org print,dia akan kuar nama pc tu contoh PC1 sumthing like tat..anything error???..
emm nor, if U guys dont know to fixit(hope U guys can),do u know the software for the purpose?

kalu tak silap, kat networking properties ada option utk disable GUEST mode ni.
cpanel>network connections>Local Area Network = RIGHTKLIK --> PROPERTIES --> AUTHENTICATION
dalam gambar ni tunjuk wireless punya adapter, sbg contoh.
kat bawah skali, ko kosongkan kotak tu.
(buat kat pc GUEST tu). |

actually sebelum nie,option "auhenticxate as guest when user or computer information is unavailable" tu mmg asalnye UNTICK (mmg kotak tu kosong).. |
